“BECAUSE OF THE COVID19 PANDEMIC, IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE HEALTH OF OUR GUESTS, WE ARE DISINFECTING WITH PARTICULAR CARE, BETWEEN ONE RESERVATION AND ANOTHER, THE SURFACES WHICH ARE MOST FREQUENTLY TOUCHED AS KEYS AND HANDLES, REMOTE CONTROLS, TAPS, TABLEWARE, HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES, SANITARY, AIR CONDITIONER FILTERS, ETC.

All bed linen and towels are washed in the industrial laundry room at 90 degrees.”

A relaxing place out of the hustle and bustle of Rome downtown but still in the heart of the city.

15 minutes walking to line "A" metro station and even closer to the bus stop that will take you to all major touristic destinations in Rome.

St. Peter's Cathedral is just two metro stops away.

Our apartments overlook a courtyard built in Mediterranean style, inspired by the typical structures of italian village, called "borgo", where the red of toscany cotto matches perfectly the green of plants and the colorful flowers, creating a typical Roman atmosphere.

Here you can enjoy your vacation where you can dine outdoor, let your children play, recover from the stress of the city.

Apartment Cesare has a living room, a large kitchen, a double bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds.

The double room has a private bathroom with Jacuzzi, air conditioning, flat TV, safety box.

The twins room has two single beds with private bathroom with shower, air conditioning and the safety box

Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge and all the appliances.

They are newly refurnished conveniently and combine the peace and tranquillity of this private area.

Response from the owner Dear Guest, I am very sorry if you didn't enjoy your stay at the best, we always try to everything is possible for our guests. Regarding the cleaning, I apologies for this, may be the housekeeper missed something, she is human, I'll will advise her to take more care. Anyway If you had warned me immediately I would have called the housekeeper to clean, why didn't you? I appreciate that you have realized we manage this home vacation like an hotel, and loved room size and bathrooms. Unfortunately I know we are not at the Spanish steps, or at Colosseum area and I cannot do anything for this, I cannot change the location. Our value is to offer a professional service, a private courtyard, a sun deck, large size room, in a very safe, relaxing place, quiet area, away from the traffic noise, that in Rome center can ruin your sleep and your vacation. You will not find a place like this in the old town center. But at 15 minutes walking you reach the metro station and you can get everywhere. Best regards Massimo

Un appart nickel, au calme, à la limite du centre ville de Rome le métro à 10 minutes à pied vous emmène en moins de 20 minutes dans le centre historique. L'accueil de Massimo est au top et ne manque pas d'attentions. Bref, une adresse à retenir. Idéale pour 4 personnes.

Response from the owner Hello Ian, we are very sorry if your stay at our property did not satisfy you completely, we always try to provide the best service, and all the previous Tripadvisors reviews confirm it. Anyway, the welcome pack is provided usually, we were unable to prepare it for you because of your arrival at midnight, we are very sorry. The cleaning material was available outside in the common area. When you have asked for extra towels we informed the housekeeper. She brought them the following day at 8 o'clock this is why she has left them outside: for not waking you up. She is not allowed to knock on the guest door. Only the toaster was missing, as broken, has been replaced with a new one. The clothesline is on the terrace. No guests complained before about the beds, anyway we will double check and if necessary they will be repaired, thanks for the tip. We are always available to the guests request, they have our phone number and email address, if we are informed of any problems we do our best to fix it as soon as possible. We are sure of our professionalism in managing apartments, that's why we offer a 10% discount on your or your friends next stay at our property. Best regards. Katia Modifica | Elimina
