Description of the apartment - Featuring a double bedroom, large living room with fireplace and sofa bed. Kitchen and bathroom with large shower. The apartment also features a penguin air conditioning, heating, television whith pay-tv sat, washing machine, microwave and wireless internet with wi-fi.

The apartment has 70 sqm, is located on the third floor of a typical building and because of this characteristic it has no lift. Bright and with a beautiful view, it overlooks via Ripetta. The coffered ceiling and hardwood floors make the room warm and welcoming. It 's the perfect accommodation for a stay for 2 to 4 people. Possibility fifth bed cot.

This characteristic apartment is located in the heart of Rome, Via di Ripetta, typical downtown street, a few meters from the 'Ara Pacis "and a short distance from the most beautiful and famous squares in Rome (Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Venezia). But also close to many attractions such as Castel S. Angelo, Pantheon, Vatican, etc All these places are easily reached by a charming walk through the most beautiful and famous Roman roads, with innumerable shops, pubs, restaurants, clubs of any kind, or easily by public transport.

The Rome free tours start every day at Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps), with three different appointments:
11 am to the Vatican City
2 pm to the Colosseum area
5 pm to Navona Square and area.
