A two-room, spacious apartment filled with light in a perfectly restored 16th c. building, two steps from the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and Michelangelo's Moses in a vibrant but quiet neighborhood full of restaurants, shops, icecream parlors and art galleries, excellently connected by the Metro and buslines.
The apartment can host up to 5 people. It has wi-fi, central heating and a/c and a fully equipped kitchen. It is well lit, comfortable and very spacious, a stone throw away from the most important sights of Rome such as the Colosseum, Michaelangelo's Moses, the Roman Forum and The Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore. On request, your hosts will provide pick up and drop off at all the airports of Rome, breakfast served in your room, personalized guided tours with art historians and archeologists as well as a personal shopper who knows all the best shopping venues in the city.
With the apartment there is a number of extra services for a reasonable fee: transfer to and from the airport, it is possible to book personalized guided tours with professional guides who are archeologists and/or a native English speaker art historian. If you wish, your English speaking guide can also act as your personal shopper, helping you with whatever shopping needs you might have, providing transportation to Designer outlets, shopping malls, the antiquity market of Porta Portese, or the best stores in the city. On request you can have your own tourist assistatnt who will help optimize your stay in Rome and advise you on the best way to see and experience this magnificent city, e.g. choosing restaurants, cultural events, museums and art venues.

“Convenient location to visit Ancient Rome”
Gianluca's apartment is very spacious, despite only having one bedroom, but there was plenty of space for our family of 4 with a sofa bed in the lounge. It is very conveniently located to the ancient part of Rome, i.e. Colosseum, Forum, Circus Maximus, yet only a 3.5km walk across town to St Peters and The Vatican. Arriving from the airport it easy, only one Metro stop (Cavour) from Main Termini station. There are many nearby restaurants and shops and bus stops to take you around town if you don't feel like walking, (which in my view is the best way to discover this amazing city). Because it is in such a lively area, it can be noisy, even with the double glaze windows there is a constant hum. This is the only compromise for being so well located. Would come back again.
