“BECAUSE OF THE COVID19 PANDEMIC, IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE HEALTH OF OUR GUESTS, WE ARE DISINFECTING WITH PARTICULAR CARE, BETWEEN ONE RESERVATION AND ANOTHER, THE SURFACES WHICH ARE MOST FREQUENTLY TOUCHED AS KEYS AND HANDLES, REMOTE CONTROLS, TAPS, TABLEWARE, HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES, SANITARY, AIR CONDITIONER FILTERS, ETC.
All bed linen and towels are washed in the industrial laundry room at 90 degrees.”

The property consists of two apartments that overlook a private courtyard, just a few meters from each other.
The apartment A is composed of 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with Jacuzzi, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a private bathroom with shower, a large living room and a spacious kitchen.
The apartment B consists of a bedroom with 3 single beds and a private bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room and a kitchenette.
Private parking, air conditioning, safe, washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the services offered.
Very high speed Internet connection up to 100Mbs by optical fiber, Free of charge access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video Streaming on 40" TV : hundreds of movies and content on demand at your disposal.
Guests have access to the courtyard where dinner together in sunny days, to the terrace with synthetic grass, sun chairs and barbecue and to the gazebo.
The apartments are 100 meters from the bus stop and the subway is only at 15 minute walk.
The metro station Saint Peter - Vatican Museum is just 2 stops far.
No security deposit.

“Perfect Rome property with easy transportation access”
Situated in a quiet cul de sac within 10 minute walk to metro, buses and local shops. Massimo (who meet and greet us) was excellent and arranged airport taxis on our behalf taking away that stressful part of any journey with a large family. The accommodation was top notch with all the facilities you would need for a long or in our case a shortish visit. Rome is stunning and very impressive and I much preferred it than other capital cities I have visited. We opted mostly for the 100 minute travel ticket @ 1.50 euro, organising our site seeing by location but be prepared for some walking! No language issues as English is widely spoken. In all an excellent stay.
