Modern, newly renovated, elegantly furnished, equipped with all comforts (Wi-Fi, air conditioning, LCD TV, washing machine, electric oven), this lovely apartment is located on the second floor with lift of a historical building located in the centre of Rome, a few steps from the Terme di Diocleziano, Piazza della Repubblica and Via Nazionale and just a few minutes ' walk from Via Barberini and Via Veneto. Close to the metro lines A and B, it is composed by an entrance, a living room with fully equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom directly communicating with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower.Upon check in is required cash payment of tourist accomodation tax (€ 3,50 x person x day)There will be additional costs depending on the time of check- in :- Arrivals between 19:00 and 22:00 Euro 35,00- Arrivals between 22:00 and 01: 00 Euro 50,00- Arrivals after 01: 00 Euro 70,00- Arrivals on Sunday or holidays Euro 50,00- Arrive before 10:00 Euro 35,00 ( in case the apartment is vacant )
