"Close to the Aurelian walls, it enjoys a strategic position being well connected to the historic center which can be reached with a few bus stops and Termini Station, but it is equally easy to reach the EUR. Served by numerous shops including a large "Carefour" supermarket open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as well as a park that runs up to the Appia Antica for jogging lovers. more possible to visit the most beautiful CATACOMBS of Rome such as: CATACOMBS of S. DOMITILLA, S.SEBASTIANO, S.CALLISTO, TOMBA CECILIA METELLA all quite close to each other. "Apartment located near the headquarters of the Lazio Region (on via Cristoforo Columbus connecting the Aurelian Walls to Eur and the sea). 15 minutes from the Colosseum - Circo Massimo - Piazza Venezia - via Condotti - Trevi Fountain (direct bus n.160) 25 minutes from Via Veneto - Villa Borghese - Museo Borghese (bus n.160) 25 minutes from Termini Station (bus 714) 25 minutes from Piazza Navona - St. Peter's Basilica (express bus 30) 10 minutes from the San Paolo metro stop and the Piramide stop where you can take the train to the sea (about 30 minutes) and to Fiumicino airport. Ciampino airport easily reachable by direct bus line both from the Pyramid and from Termini station. If possible, upon request for a fee, transfer service "to and from the airport" with a serious car rental agency with driver. Warnings: -Pets are accepted (with the agreement of the owner) -Non-smoking accommodation (beware who contravenes this provision will have to pay a fine of € 100). - DEPOSIT of € 100 which will be returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage to property and public peace. -An arrival tax is to be paid equal to 3.50 € / person / night - Children under under 10 years do not pay.-Upon arrival, it is necessary to pay the tourism tax that's 3.50 € / person / night - Children under 10 don't have to pay this EXTRA RATE RULES: € 15.00 For arrivals after 21.00 and € 50.00 after 23.00.
