Delizioso appartamento in villa privata interamente ristrutturato, dotato di ogni comfort a 15 km dall'aeroporto internazionale di Fiumicino, a 20 dal centro storico di Roma e a 8 dal mare.
L'appartamento è composto di: camera da letto, ampia zona living con camino, bagno, cucina completamente attrezzata con frigo, freezer, forno elettrico, forno a microonde, lavatrice, lavastoviglie.
Accesso indipendente, nessuna area o servizi condivisi.
Gli ospiti si sentiranno da subito come a casa propria. L'appartamento è accogliente con tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno sia breve che lungo. La nostra presenza e ospitalità saranno costanti e a richiesta saremo disponibili a fornire tutte le delucidazioni e il supporto necessari. Le tariffe sono comprensive dei consumi. All'arrivo gli ospiti troveranno il necessario per il loro primo caffè … romano.
La zona è residenziale, immersa nel verde, a metà strada tra il centro storico e il mare. Nelle vicinanze si trovano luoghi di interesse artistico/culturale come gli scavi di Ostia antica, il porto di Traiano e la villa di Plinio. Per gli amanti delle passeggiate nella natura, a pochi minuti si trova la stupenda pineta secolare di Castelfusano. E' possibile raggiungere a piedi un grande parco attrezzato con giostre, percorsi atletici, ristoranti. Sulla piazza adiacente alla casa si trovano negozi, ristoranti, bar, supermercati, edicola, farmacia, centri sportivi e piscine.
Mare, cultura, benessere e divertimento... tutto a portata di mano!
A pochi metri dall'appartamento è possibile prendere diversi mezzi di superficie che portano direttamente a Roma oppure alla vicina metropolitana.
E' vietato fumare all'interno della casa, ma è permesso esternamente. Sono ammessi animali domestici nel pieno rispetto degli spazi e delle ore di quiete. Gli ospiti hanno la libertà di usufruire di tutti i servizi offerti, avendo naturalmente cura dello stato delle cose e dei vicini di casa.

Our presence and hospitality will be constant and on request we will be available to provide all the explanations and help they will need. Guests will have everything necessary for their stay. Rates are inclusive of consumption. Upon arrival, guests will find everything is required for their first... Roman coffee.
A residential area surrounded by greenery and adjacent to the Park of Castelfusano, halfway between the Old Town and the sea. Nearby there are places of artistic / cultural importance as the excavations of ancient Ostia, the port of Traiano and the villa of Plinio. It is possible to walk to a large park with rides, athletic paths, restaurants. In front of the house there are shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, newsagents, chemists and sports centers.
We are located 15 km from the international airport of Fiumicino, 20km from the historic center of Rome and 8km from the sea. Just a few meters away from the apartment you can take different means of transportation to reach Rome and Ostia directly and the metro area as well.
Smoking is forbidden inside the house, but is allowed outside. Pets are allowed in full respect of the spaces and times of quiet. Guests can enjoy all the services offered with respect to things and people.

I've booked many of other guest house in my past travel to Rome, but now I think have found my place in this city. Monica is a excellent owner, she fulfilled every our request without any problem.
