Third floor (with new elevator) with six windows, it is very luminous and above all, very quiet, as all windows face onto the characteristic internal patios of the old Roman city center, but well-removed from the sometimes loud, but enchanting Piazza di Spagna.

The apartment has been extensively newly renovated (as has been the exterior and interior of the building) and has all modern conveniences, air conditioning, three large flat-screen Smart TVs, relaxing ambient LED lighting adjustable to any color throughout and fiber-optic high speed Fiber Optic WI-FI and water therapy as in one of the best SPA.
