L'appartamento è situato nel quartiere storico Garbatella/San Paolo in via Gabriello Chiabrera 39 (1° piano) e dista dalla fermata San Paolo della metropolitana linea B 100 metri. La metropolitana permette di raggiungere il Colosseo (centro storico) in soli 8 minuti.
Nel quartiere è situata la Basilica papale di San Paolo fuori le mura, questa è una delle quattro basiliche papali di Roma ed è la seconda più grande dopo quella di San Pietro in Vaticano.
L'appartamento ha una superficie di circa 46 metri quadrati ed è composto da una camera con letto matrimoniale e guardaroba, un salottino con divano e guardaroba, una cucina completamente equipaggiata e un bagno dotato di doccia. Grande attenzione è stata posta nella scelta dei materiali e dell'arredamento al fine di ottenere un ambiente caldo e confortevole. Recentemente sono stati installati gli infissi nuovi. Le finestre ora hanno i vetri doppi e le zanzariere.
Un piccolo balcone si affaccia, inoltre, su un giardino condominiale disposto lateralmente alla via Chiabrera. La tranquillità è garantita sia dal fatto che via Chiabrera è una strada locale e quindi non interessata dalle forti correnti di traffico che caratterizzano altre parti della città, sia perché l'appartamento non è situato direttamente sulla via. L'appartamento può ospitare un massimo di 2 persone. Il sistema di riscaldamento è centralizzato mentre la produzione di acqua calda per i sanitari/cucina è autonomo.
Il quartiere è ben collegato ed è infatti possibile raggiungere facilmente Trastevere, Testaccio ed il centro di Roma in generale con la metro, la bicicletta e gli autobus.
Inoltre servendosi della metropolitana linea b è possibile raggiungere Ostia Antica, uno dei siti archeologi più grandi del pianeta.
Su richiesta e a pagamento c'è la possibilità di poter usufruire del servizio di trasporto dall'aeroporto all'appartamento e viceversa.
