Description

The apartment is located on the first floor of an ancient building right in the Campo de Fiori square. The view from the windows is absolutely unique: in the morning you can enjoy the colorful and busy atmosphere of the popular market and at night the lively bustle of the square. But you don’t have to worry about the noise: there are double-glazed windows so you can stay in the heart of the city but sleep quietly. The apartment comprises a living room with sofa bed for two, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. There is also an extra folding single bed so the apartment can host up to 5 people. The high ceilings and the spacious rooms makes the apartment bright and airy. Most of the furniture are period pieces as well as the floors. This is an apartment that combines a perfect location and comfort.

“Great Location with a few glitches”

The location was great for walking or catching a cab to all the main sights and tours. Market just outside the door for morning fruit Cappucino or panini..dining out at the square/ just 1-2 blocks away. Unfortunately, our luck had it that one of the AC units was not working... A bit of a nuisance, but the location and huge size of the property made the unit sooo worth it. Rafaella came a number of times to help alleviate the problems- so 5 Stars to him.

“Wonderful location”

Perfect location. Charming apartment. Picked up at airport by (crazy) driver which was an adventure unto itself. Met at apartment by very helpful manager. Note that guests sleeping on living room sofa bed must walk through bedroom to get to bathroom. Also there is currently scaffolding in front of windows so you cannot open shutters and see square. Noisy on sofa bed at night plus very poor mattress.

“perfect location”

Our apartment was in an amazing location. It was perfect to walk everywhere, no taxis needed. The management was attentive and resolved our issues immediately. The apartment was exactly as described. It was very quite with the windows closed and you could not hear any street noise. The problem with this apartment is the air conditioners. This apartment had 3 units and only one worked adequately. So, it did get very warm when the rooms were closed off to sleep. Also, the beds were very uncomfortaable so keep that in mind. I loved the location and the convenience but probably would not stay again due to the beds and the A/C.

How do damage deposits work?
