Al piano nobile di un prestigioso palazzo ottocentesco in pieno centro storico, in posizione strategica tra Piazza Navona e Campo de’ Fiori, si trova il grande appartamento “BAULLARI”.
Dal balcone che si affaccia su Corso Vittorio Emanuele la vista è rapita dalla quinta di edifici storici che si susseguono a sinistra e a destra, dalla mole della vicina chiesa di S. Andrea della Valle e da uno scorcio del cinquecentesco Palazzo Farnese, sede dell’Ambasciata di Francia, che appare nello sfondo.
Ci troviamo proprio nel cuore del centro storico della capitale, in un’area animata ed elegante.
L’appartamento è situato all’angolo tra via dei Baullari e corso Vittorio Emanuele a soli 50 metri da piazza Campo de’ Fiori, una delle piazze più rinomate della città, ben nota sia per il suo tradizionale mercato quotidiano ma anche per caratteristiche boutiques, pizzerie e ristoranti dalla tradizionale cucina romana.
In due minuti a piedi è inoltre possibile raggiungere piazza Farnese con lo splendido palazzo cinquecentesco, sede dell’Ambasciata di Francia, Piazza Navona (a soli 50 metri), Via Giulia con le sue eleganti residenze aristocratiche e le botteghe d’antiquariato, il Pantheon, il Foro Romano e il Colosseo.
Con il piccolo bus elettrico 116 si arriva in poche fermate alla Fontana di Trevi, Via Veneto e Villa Borghese. L’appartamento vacanze di 220 mq, può ospitare un massimo di 15 persone, si trova al secondo piano di un antico palazzo, ed ha ambienti luminosi grazie alle grandi finestre che si aprono sul Corso e sulla Piazza San Pantaleo.
È nello stesso tempo molto silenzioso, le finestre hanno tutte i doppi vetri.
È composto da 5 ampie stanze da letto comode e sobriamente arredate (2 matrimoniali, 1 tripla e 2 quadruple), salotto, stanza da pranzo, 2 balconi, 4 bagni (1 con vasca e 3 con doccia), cucina fornita di frigo, piano cottura, forno, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice.
La casa è dotata di riscaldamento autonomo con caldaia che fornisce anche acqua calda illimitata. L'appartamento è inoltre dotato di aria condizionata in tutte le camere, televisione con abbonamento SKY Cinema e connessione Internet WI FI gratuita.

We are right in the heart of Rome, in the historic area of Campo de Fiori, close to Piazza Navona and many other points of interest in the center, such as Castel Sant’Angelo and Palazzo Farnese. The vacation apartment Baullari with space for 15 guests is composed of 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room, a dining room and a completely equipped kitchen. A corner balcony overlooks Corso Vittorio Emanuele.
Sleeping up to 15 people, the 220 square metre apartment is located on the second floor of a historic palazzo. Via dei Baullari is just 50 metres away from Campo de' Fiori square and just 500 metres from Piazza Navona.
Brightly lit thanks to the large double glazed windows overlooking Corso Vittorio Emanuele and Piazza San Pantaleo, the apartment is nevertheless quiet and peaceful.
The apartment is composed of 5 soberly furnished bedrooms (2 double, 1 triple and 2 quadruple), a sitting room, a dining room, 2 balconies, 4 bathrooms (1 with bath and 3 with shower) and a kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is also fitted with air conditioning in every bedroom, SKY Cinema TV and free wi-fi Internet connection.
The apartment has an independent central heating system with a boiler which supplies unlimited hot water. All bedroom and bath linen are supplied.
The apartment sleeps up to 15 people in 5 bedrooms. There are 5 single beds, 3 double beds and 2 double sofa beds.
Our AP27 BAULLARI III and AP55 BAULLARI II apartments, which can accommodate up to 14 people the first one and up to 12 people the second one, are also located in the same palazzo. It is thus possible for groups or families who wish to visit Rome together whilst nevertheless retaining their independence and privacy to rent two or all three of these apartments together.
Upon arrival a deposit of Euro 300 is required, which will be returned at the end of the stay except in case of any damage caused to the flat.
Additional amenities include: DVD player with blu-ray, heating, bidet, american coffee maker, free wi fi, iron and ironing board, autonomous central heating, bed linen, lift, double glazed windows, linen/towels, lcd TV with sky cinema, hairdryer, hi-fi station radio.

“Great Location, walk to most historic sites”
