Description

Just renewed and silent house 20 meters from one of the most amazing and typical zones of Rome: Campo de Fiori.

The studio is on third floor with no lift, has a great wooden ceiling and has a double bed with wardrobe, table with 2 seats, a small but fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and dryer.

Guests will have free use of air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, heating,Satellite TV,

washing machine,bed linens and towels, hair dryer and a safe.

The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glasses, pots, pans, toaster and kettle.

The small amazing streets all around the house are full many typical restaurants and shops to enjoy your stay.

This apartment is very close to Campo de' Fiori, and in few minutes it's possible to reach piazza Navona, Pantheon, Largo Torre Argentina (with roman ruins in the center of the square), Fontana di Trevi, Fontana delle Tartarughe, Galleria Borghese (museum) and Trastevere. In 20 minutes by walk you can be in Vatican, San Peter's, Colosseum, Roman Forum and many other important spots.

In few steps, in corso Vittorio Emanuele II, there are many buses to go also on the other side of the Tevere river, to S. Pietro, Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo.

To reach the house from Fiumicino airport you can take the train up to Trastevere train station, then 8 line tram ( direction Piazza Venezia) and your stop is the second after the tram passes the bridge (Arenula Cairoli stop), the house is 7 minutes by walk. At the same stop, there’s also H line bus which arrives from Termini train station.

From Ciampino it’s possible to arrive by bus up to Termini.

To reach the house from airports and train station we can always provide a transfer service with our private driver that will wait for you inside the airport or train station and drive you right in front of the house.

Tourist Tax 3.50€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in.

There is 100€ damage deposit, it must be given in cash at check-in, and it will be given back at check out.

For check-in after 8 pm there is a 25€ extra cost.
