L'appartamento è composto da ingresso con piccola zona cottura attrezzata,
una camera/salotto con letto singolo e letto singolo estraibile, una camera soppalcata con letto matrimoniale e bagno,
completamente arredato e attrezzato, nuovo appena ristrutturato, termoautonomo, cucina completa, lavatrice, televisione, wifi e accessori vari.
Due rampe di scale senza ascensore.
Nel prezzo è compresa la fornitura di biancheria per letto e bagno,
tutti i consumi relativi alle utenze di gas, luce e acqua
L'appartamento è vicino alla stazione degli autobs che in poche fermate collegano col centro storico, e alla stazione metro fr3 Monte Mario, con la quale in pochi minuti si raggiungono le stazioni di San Pietro, Trastevere, Ostiense, metro a e b etc.
Non abito nello stesso edificio ma vicino.
Il quartiere Monte Mario Trionfale nasce come piccolo borgo nella zona nord-ovest della Capitale, circondato dal Parco Naturale dell'Insugherata. E' uno dei punti più alti della città, sopra lo stadio Olimpico e la zona Prati, pochi minuti dal centro città e Vaticano
vicino si trovano fermate e capolinea di svariati autobus e la stazione fr3 Monte Mario, uno dei treni metropolitana di Roma.
Nelle vicinanze ci sono due importanti ospedali, Policlinico Gemelli e S. Filippo Neri.
Tanti i negozi, supermercati, bar e ristoranti nel quartiere
E' una casa piccola ma confortevole in una zona tranquilla che offre collegamenti e vicinanza col centro città che ne fanno una location ideale per visitare Roma
