Description
"Peonies House" is a sunny apartment on the 4th floor of a quiet building with lift.
It consists of an entrance hall, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, large bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a relaxing bedroom with a big closet, satellite TV, air conditioning and free WI FI.
All the rooms have large windows with a wide view on a quiet private garden.
The kitchen is equipped with gas machine, microwave, blender, and coffee machine NESPRESSO for a good awakening.
The clothes is available for our guests with elegant linens, cozy duvets, fluffy towels, bathrobes, hairdryer and slippers.
A real italian bottle of wine and a "Welcome pack" for your first breakfast will be our welcome.
Transfer by luxury car from the airports of Fiumicino / Ciampino and Railway Termini / Tiburtina, and Rome tour with serious and experienced drivers at competitive prices.
Not included in the price: Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Rome per person and per day.
For longer stay (over 8 days) we'll provide to extraordinary cleaning and linen change at €30 each time.
Prices may vary during Holidays (Christmas, Epiphany, Easter, etc..) And during special holiday.
The structure complies with the rules of hygiene and security provided by the Municipality of Rome.
