Description
Beautiful newly renovated apartment with private entrance located in the Acilia district, halfway between Rome and the sea. Located in a private road, it's quiet, has private parking, a 6-minute walk from the metro (ticket 1,50 € per valid travel for 100 minutes for all Rome) leading in 30 minutes to the center of Rome and in 5 minutes to the excavations of Ostia Antica. A little further in another 10 minutes you reach the beach town of Ostia in Rome, with comfortable and organized facilities to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach away from the busy city.
To better describe our structure, we start from the bedroom, air conditioned, with double bed, bedside tables and a smart wardrobe for your clothes. A balcony overlooking the interior courtyard completes the room.

living room with full worktop fridge and sink. Complete with dishes and you need to prepare breakfast independently (self-made).
A sofa makes the room more welcoming and provides two additional beds if necessary.
The living room has a balcony for a tea or to enjoy the cool with views over the back garden.
The short-garden will be available as a common area with barbecue Habitable corner on request (free).
A tourist tax of 3,5 € per person per day is required by the municipality of Rome to be paid in cash on site.
