The apartment, in one 18th Century building, is located in the hearth of Rome, in walking distance from the Vatican (Saint Peter’s basilica, the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel), Spanish steps, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo, Trevi’s fountain. At the apartment, the hospitality is not just a family tradition, it is also a passion. Together with her knowledge of fine wine, roman cuisine and culture and a warm welcome, Anna Maria, will leave you breathing in all the charm and atmosphere that Rome has to offer.
In the four double rooms, every detail has been personally attended to by Anna Maria. Whimsical details are coupled with sophisticated tastes, colors, fabrics and a decor that culminate to form an elegance that never nelgects warmth.
Every room, with every bathroom, is equipped with the latest technology and conveniences includine: soundproof walls, lattice mattresses, hypoallergenic pillows, en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, TV, wireless internet access.
P.s.
Tourism tax of euro 6,00 per person, per night, are not included in to the price. They have to be paid in cash method upon arrival under receipt.

Response from the owner All that Mr. Roger has declared is false, just as it is not true that I have received other negative comments about the air conditioning. So Roger is a person who often doesn't tell the truth! Anyway I ask to tripadvisor to remove this I asked the channel to remove this review as untruthful and also because in private conversations Roger was even offensive. The channel didn't do it and this I'm very disappointed and for this reason, I decide to complete the booking and finish the collaboration. When there are suspicions with problems that declare the fase, the comment is not a longer, an evaluation, but a true and own injury. I was very sorry because I believe that it is not right that a person that declares the false, penalty my work always very appreciated by the other guests. .
