Description
The property is part of a very old family estate. After driving for a couple of kilometers on a dirt road in the middle of vineyards and olive trees you enter the beautiful garden with pines and cypresses.
The property is composed by three houses, and depending on the number of guests you can choose to rent one or more houses. Inside the elegant houses, composed by several rooms, living rooms and a spacious dining rooms, you will immediately feel at home. The big living room (100 sq mt) is the perfect place where to relax with friends enjoying a good bottle of vine, produced few meters away. During the day, you can enjoy a nice lunch by the pool while admiring the unique landscape of the Castelli Romani.
The main House (Casale San Carlo) is composed by 1 big living room, 1 smaller living room, 1 big dining room, 1 spacious kitchen, 5 double/twin bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 4 bathrooms with toilet, 1 restroom, 1 laundry, 1 mezzanine with a twin bed. For a total of 13 sleeps.
The second house (Casale Sant'Antonio) is composed by a living room, a dining room, 1 kitchen, 4 double/twin bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, for a total of 8 sleeps.
The third house (Casale San Giorgio) is composed by a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, 2 double bedroom with bathroom ensuite and a double sofa bed in the living room. For a total of 6 sleeping places.
The Swimming pool is for your private and exclusive use. You can have lunch and dinner on the pool side.
We can arrange grocery shopping of traditional Italian food, prepared just few meters away, such as local cheese, wine, oil meat and many other specialties.
We can provide a cook, and a housekeeper on request. We can provide transportation from/to the airport, from/to the city center. In addition we can arrange visits to museums and different attractions in Rome.
The House is on a Golf course, and it is possible to play (on request).
