Description
Modern Villa with large garden and woods, located in the town of Aranova. Within easy distance to Rome (15 minutes), the historical town of Ostia and the Roman seaside it is the perfect combination of comfort and luxury in a quiet location away from the hassle and bustle of the city center.
On the ground floor there is a modern open plan fully fitted kitchen, large sitting room and a family bathroom and large double bedroom with plenty of storage. The attic floor has three rooms: a double and a single one and also a fantastic open space with a double sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with a massive shower room and In total it accommodates up to 8 people. On the ground floor the property is surrounded by a patio, where can you relax in the evening after a long day enjoying the sunset.
Villa Aranova is friendly to kids with its large garden and woods with slide and swings at kids playground near by (1 min walk). We also provide high chair and cot.
The Villa benefits from a 170 sq.mt (1700 sq.ft) of underground garage with car entrance.
Neighbors are friendly and easy going. Near by there is a pizzeria, a restaurant, bars, a news agent and a big superstore called Conad.
Price includes linen and towels. Cleaning is not included, there is a flat fee of £40 for the cleaner. Gas and Electricity will be charged according to consumption. Late arrival between 7 pm and 11:30 pm is subject to a fee. Arrivals between 11:31 pm and 7:30 am are not accepted.
Central heating in winter time will be charged according to consumption.

“Best Villa ever”
We made our first trip to Italy to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We chose Villa Aranova as our "home base". The location is wonderful - only 15 minutes from Rome to easily visit for the day, but also convenient to go to the beach, the lakes, Tuscany and Umbria. The home is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or or swimming to the near sea. We spent every evening in the beautiful patio and garden enjoying the view of a woods with a glass of wine! Beds are comfy, kitchen is of a top of the range and it is very well equipped, the home is spotless and the homeowner provides tons of information for guests. He answered every question and was incredibly helpful. Even the neighbours are friendly and helpful. We would love to return someday!
