La Casa di Sofia - Monterosi Holiday Apartment is a splendid 280 sqm Villa, finely furnished located in the heart of the town, with a large garden (over 1000 sqm) that encloses the apartments. The apartment has a large living room with fireplace and a beautiful terrace equipped for outdoor dining. A nice barbecue complete with equipment will brighten up the evenings at home. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms make each guest free and independent. The villa is in the center of the town with all the services within walking distance (supermarket, bar, restaurant) Monterosi is ideal for visiting Rome, Viterbo with its thermal baths, the castle of Bracciano. 2 golf courses 18 holes less than 2 km crown this village. three lakes around the town where you can swim and spend wonderful days. During your stay you can alternate your holiday in various ways: day touring by visiting the Colosseum, San Pietro, Piazza Navona and days of pure relaxation by the lake pampered by the sun. Horse rides, guided tours and for the most demanding can be arranged a car rental service with driver (all booked in advance before arrival) 4 TVs Chaises, umbrellas, fruit trees (a cherry, a fig, 2 walnuts) conclude the frame of the garden.

“Eccellente”
Sono tornata alla Casa di Sofia a distanza di poco più di un anno. Con degli amici, ai quali avevo il piacere di far visitare i paesi della tuscia, Roma e i suoi dintorni, abbiamo affittato due degli appartamenti dei quattro a disposizione della casa. Siamo così potuti stare tutti insieme, pur avendo ognuno i propri spazi. Accolti dalla gentile e disponibile signora Antonietta ho trovato la casa se possibile, migliorata nei servizi, sia interni che esterni. Il giardino, rimasto nei miei ricordi (mi capirà bene chi vive tutto l'anno in appartamento) ad esempio è stato attrezzato con dei giochi per bambini. I più piccoli, e non solo, ne sono stati felicissimi... Insomma se cercate un ambiente curato, ospitale ed accogliente per rilassarvi o per visitare i dintorni, spendendo prezzi ragionevoli visto il servizio offerto direi che la Casa di Sofia è proprio da consigliare!!!!!
