Great group or multi family rental. 4 Bedroom/4 Bathroom house is divided into two completely separate identical sides, Each side has: 2 Bedrooms, with a King size luxury bed in each and 2 full bathrooms; full size well equipped kitchen; small dining table that seats 4. Living room with 2 large couches. Open floor plan in living area with 14-16' ceilings in all rooms. A/C in bedrooms and 12 ceiling fans in total. Three in each living area and one in each bedroom. Living room couches have single orthopedic mattresses as bottom cushion easily converting into 2 single beds, or push them together and you have another King size bed.
There is a jacuzzi that seats 5 and small, but deep dunk pool in the common area between the two wings of house. The pool and jacuzzi are between the two separate sides of the house, with the second floor terrace above it and a big skylight to let lots of light in .Completely enclosed and private except one side that has plantings for screening and where the sun shines directly through.. A large dining table that can seat 10 with a weeping wall garden next to it. A second floor sun deck that is perfect for private tanning in the day without sand, and dining under the stars at the small table, or stargazing at night. The night sky is incredible here.
It is a 1 minute walk and you are on the beach. We are located at the North-west end of Playa Santa Teresa. Many of the better and less crowded surf breaks right out front.

PRICES ARE FOR UP TO A TOTAL OF 8 FOR THE HOUSE. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. ALL EXTRA GUESTS PAY $60 per day for Each Guest. RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE TO INCLUDE ALL GUESTS, NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED UPON ARRIVAL.

By agreeing to rent the property and making payment , all people in booking party agree to a hold harmless clause for owner under which owner is not to be held liable for any guest accidents or lost or stolen property.
