The house is located near the main road and within a walking distance from shopping plazas, supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants!
And the best part is that its only 2 min walk to the beach and one of the best surfing spots in town!
A nice house with a private Pool, 2 bedroom and a comfortable sofa in the living room, big bathroom, 3 Air conditioning, Fully equipped kitchen, terrace and private garden with a private gated parking.
Renting includes Daily cleaning (except Sunday), gardening and pool service.
