Centralissimo attico Deluxe con affaccio su una corte di un palazzo dell'800 a pochi metri dal VATICANO - BASILICA DI SAN PIETRO, MUSEI VATICANI, e da CASTEL SANT'ANGELO che sono raggiungibili a piedi facilmente. Vicino a noti ristoranti, negozi, bar e al mercato di Cola di Rienzo. Soffitti altissimi. L'appartamento è fornito di cucina completa con forno e microonde, bollitore, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, dove si può cucinare o gustare una colazione o uno spuntino veloce. Vi aspetto!
L'appartamento è dotato di Fast Wi-Fi in Fibra ottica, ha due comode scrivanie, entrambe antiche, una in soggiorno e una in camera da letto, ed è quindi anche possibile lavorare. Ha 3 camere da letto e un divano letto. I letti sono molto comodi e anallergici. La cucina è completa di tutto: servizio piatti e bicchieri da 12 (più riserve), calici peri vino e tutto l'occorrente. La struttura è molto silenziosa e piena di libri, nelle principali lingue, di attualità, cultura, saggi, biografie, collane turistiche.
L'alloggio: Dormire nella DELUXE PENTHOUSE VATICAN LOFT è un'esperienza unica, avrete la possibilità di alloggiare nel cuore di Roma a pochi passi dalla residenza del Papa (Santa Marta).
Interazione con gli ospiti: i miei ospiti avranno due riferimenti il mio e quello del greeter che si occuperà del check-in. Un team di assistenti mi aiuta nel check-in e nelle pulizie che possono essere anche giornaliere (con pagamento extra). Check-in anticipato o Check-out ritardato devono essere autorizzati, e hanno un costo extra di 50€ l'uno.
La casa viene consegnata pulita e pronta con biancheria letto e bagno, oltre a tutte le appliances della cucina.
Piano terra
- Ingresso con un'ampia libreria, che continua nel living.
- Soggiorno e cucina: al piano terra della casa c'è un ampio e luminoso soggiorno con cucina completamente attrezzata e un divano letto bianco (letto matrimoniale regolare per 2 persone 160x190 cm / 63x75 pollici).
- La cucina è completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici, piatti, pentole, bicchieri per acqua e calici da vino, tagliere. In cucina abbiamo lavastoviglie, forno tradizionale, forno a microonde, tostapane, bollitore, frigorifero, congelatore, macchina per il caffè a cialde.
I mobili sono antichi e molto ben restaurati.
- Bagno: Al piano terra c'è il bagno completamente ristrutturato con doccia, molto luminoso e illuminato, con finestra. Il bagno è completo di asciugamani, saponi, shampoo, gel doccia e tutto l'essenziale per avviare un soggiorno. In bagno c'è un asciugacapelli. Lo specchio è retroilluminato.
- Camera matrimoniale 1: Al piano terra, c'è la camera da letto matrimoniale completa di armadio e mobili per i vostri abiti, comodini, tende di design, una sedia d'epoca e uno specchio alto. Lenzuola e coperte sono fornite. Materassi, cuscini, coperte, piumini tappetini sono tutti nuovi e anallergici. Nuovi anche i mobili.
Mezzanino 1
– Camera con letto 1 piazza e 1/2: sopra alla camera matrimoniale appena descritta abbiamo un'altra camera da letto più piccola, molto tranquilla, con un letto a una piazza e mezza (120x190) e una cabina armadio ad altezza uomo. Lenzuola e coperte sono fornite. Materasso, cuscino, coperte, piumini sono tutti nuovi e anallergici.
Mezzanino 2
- Camera Matrimoniale: tornando dall’altro lato della camera, sopra la cucina nel mezzanino, c'è un'altra camera da letto matrimoniale completa di armadio e mobili per i vostri abiti, uno specchio alto e un tavolo antico restaurato con 2 sedie antiche, ideale per lavorare e riflettere. Lenzuola e coperte sono fornite. Materassi, cuscini, coperte, piumini tappetini sono tutti nuovi e anallergici. I mobili per gli abiti e i comodini sono nuovi.
La casa è restaurata con cura e viene costantemente ridipinta e manutenuta, i mobili sono antichi e restaurati.
