Response from the owner Dear Cristina, Thank you for accepting my invitation to post a review. I thought everything had been clear to you, but from what you write I guess it's not clear to you at all. The price of your stay, including the commission that everyone pays to Tripadvisor, and what you see when you enter your credit card details. So I do not understand what the advertised price you are talking about. At check-in, as indicated in more detail in the description, but in particular is included in the House Rules, you must pay the final cleaning (for me) and the Tourist Tax (for the City of Rome). You asked me if you could extend your stay at home one day, agreed the price and made you a good discount. You have received better treatment than other guests. The welcome basket is not included in the description of the apartment. It was a habit of so many years. Some guests mentioned him in his review. As for the cleaning, we have long since replaced the staff with more prepared and professional staff. The exterior renovation of the building is over and now the dust you are talking about is a distant memory. “MINIMUM OF SERVICES AND COURTESY FROM THE OWNER”

Good .... BUT The apartment is corresponding to the photos , and very clean and nice and all shop for food are very close to the apartment..... But we got a not so good memory of the services of the owner. He insisted that we payed for the household, he did not want that we do it by ourselves (40 eur); There was not any bottle of water in the fridge as a welcoming, (most owners do it); Very Noisy Work on the neighbor apartment started @ 8:00 AM all week; As a result the soil of the apartment was quickly dirt at the end of each day; The owner never let us know before our coming that work was planed; Its is mentioned in the add , 15 min walk to Vatican, that's a lie, let's say roughly 30 min for good walkers (my mother has a prothesis for his leg, so imagine how difficult it was for her..) In addition, there was not the minimum necessary for the cleaning of the soil and toilet and kitchen: no floorcloth, no sponge, no bleach for the toilet... We had to call him that he bought and brought it... Moreover, my mother has fallen @ the airport the day of our arrival, we had to go to the hospital for controls we told it to the owner... He did not call us or send msg to ask if my mother was feeling better. It only courtesy that can expected. So I will not recommend this accommodation if you need services from an owner, "Only take the money and then no consideration for the customer"

Response from the owner I'm sorry for this review which I consider not true, the 19 reviews that precede this one, they are in stark contrast to the allegations of this tourist.
