Goodbye Rome is located just 300 meters from the beautiful St. Peter's Basilica, the apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with every comfort (supermarket open 24h / day 7 days a week, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, bistro, theater, laundry and many neighborhood shops) A vademecum of the neighborhood and a guide compiled by me of the city to live it as a Roman lives with advice on what to eat to relax, maps and tourist guides in different languages (Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German etc). Possibility of paying garage. We transfer transfers from / to airport and civitavecchia and tour of the city, around and across Italy. Equipped with every modern comfort, heating and air conditioning, smart satellite TV with internet connection, NETFLIX, free wi-fi, is composed of: a large living area with sofa table with four chairs (plus two others available) and kitchenette equipped with all appliances and utensils necessary to ensure the comfort and home comfort useful to make the most of your stay (microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, mixer, kettle, coffee machine with capsules and cappuccinatore and salt, oil, sugar, coffee, spices and everything you need to cook), a double bedroom with a three-door wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds with the possibility of a third extra bed and a wardrobe with three doors, and a complete bathroom with tub / shower and chromotherapy, complete the two balconies with a view of the dome of San Pietro and Gianicolo. This house is the ideal solution for those who want to experience a comfortable stay in the historic center of Rome a few steps from St. Peter's and the main monuments of the capital easily reachable on foot or by public transport. For the little ones available a welcome kit (cot, high chair, stroller, baby carrier and everything necessary for the baby food) so the family can only arrive with suitcases. Also open to our four-legged friends who will find kennels and bowls waiting for them (on request also a litter box) The Holiday Home Arrivederci Roma complies with all hygiene and safety regulations according to the law in force and has the authorization of the Tourist Promotion Company of the Province of Rome and the Municipality of Rome (QA / 2015/21461 of 22/09/2015) Municipal Tax of € 3.50 per day per person over the age of 10, required pursuant to Resolution No. 44 of 24 July 2014 of the Municipality of Rome. It is located a stone's throw from the Vatican, the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant'Angelo and the main monuments of the historic center, the main shopping streets and areas of Roman nightlife, such as Trastevere and Testaccio is near the bus line 64 and to the San Pietro Station, which connect it easily with the rest of the city and the region. The main tourist attractions are within walking distance:. in 5 minutes: St. Peter's Basilica, Castel Sant'Angelo, Vatican Museums. - in 15 minutes: Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo de 'Fiori, Trastevere, Gianicolo, the park of Villa Pamphili. - in 30 minutes: Piazza di Spagna, Via del Corso, Piazza Venezia, Colosseum and Roman Forum / Palatine.
