La scelta di appartamenti in affitto a Berlino è molto vasta, ma secondo me questo appartamento è al top delle offerte.
La localizzazione è ottima. Questa parte del quartiere di Friedrichshain vicina alla Karl Marx allee e ad alexanderplatz è bella, silenziosa, curata, molto sicura. Il grande parco Volkspark Friedrichshain è a due passi. Vicino a "casa" ci sono un supermercato, un panettiere, un negozio di frutta e verdura, tutto quello che serve. Ci sono molti edifici moderni e tanti edifici di inizio novecento perfettamente restaurati e conservati. Fra questi ultimi, anche il "nostro".
Un bell'edificio, un bel portone, un bell'ingresso, belle scale. Anche un giardino posteriore, dove si possono lasciare le eventuale biciclette noleggiate.
L'appartamento è a piano terra, probabilmente in passato era un'attività commerciale, per cui i soffitti sono alti in una sua parte ed è stato possibile realizzare un gradevole soppalco. Lo spazio sarebbe più che sufficiente anche per 6 persone (il massimo dei posti letto), figuriamoci per 2 persone come noi. Sul davanti ci sono avvolgibili per oscurare le stanze, nella camera posteriore no, ma una tenda crea un ottimo schermo per la luce. L'appartamento è conservato talmente bene da sembrare nuovo e viene consegnato in condizioni di pulizia rare a vedersi. Non manca niente, lenzuoli per i piumini, asciugamani, teli doccia, asciughini per la cucina, tutto di ottima qualità e come nuovi. Viene chiesto di stare senza scarpe e vengono fornite pantofole. Fra le gentilezze pensate dalla proprietaria, nel frigo si trovano pane, marmellata, panna per il caffè...e nei pensili di cucina thè, caffè solubile, filtri per la macchina da caffè lungo, disponibile così come un tostapane e un bollitore elettrico. C'è addirittura una lavastoviglie con relativo detersivo.
La proprietaria è estremamente gentile e disponibile. I contatti via mail sono esaustivi fin dall'inizio e molto cordiali. Simone fa di tutto per rispondere alle nostre necessità e dare consigli, prima via mail, poi di persona. Ci ha gentilmente trovato alcuni indirizzi di noleggio di biciclette in vari punti della città, anche vicino a casa. Nell'appartamento lascia un quaderno ricco di utili informazioni sul quartiere, che illustra al nostro arrivo. Parla tedesco e ottimo inglese.
Ultima cosa, molto importante: l'appartamento è collegato benissimo con il centro, le fermate del tram e della linea 5 della metropolitana sono davvero vicine.
Un posto dove tornare sicuramente molto volentieri e da consigliare a tutti. -

Commençons par la localisation +++ : à 100m de la station de métro StrausbergerPlatz (2 stations d'Alexander platz) et 150m de la station des trams 5+6+8, dans un quartier tranquille où la voiture peut rester en stationnement libre. Des commerces variés permettent de faire les courses jusque tard le soir.
L'appartement *** : agencé avec du matériel récent (cuisine équipée, literies neuves) et rénové récemment (parquets, carrelages neufs), il nous a été confié dans un état de propreté irréprochable. A notre disposition draps, serviettes de toilette, torchon de vaisselle, produits pour lave vaisselle ...tout le matériel nécessaire à notre séjour, avec également de petites attentions (pantoufles, thé, café, eau minérale...). Il est parfait pour 4 personnes et permet le couchage jusqu'à 6 personnes.
L'accueil *** : Mme Neher nous a accueilli avec sourire et gentillesse, nous fournissant les explications pour faciliter notre séjour. (il faut parler allemand ou anglais)
Elle laisse à disposition un classeur avec des explications, des plans et informations touristiques. Nous la remercions encore pour l'agréable séjour que nous avons passé et comptons revenir prochainement.
