Super Berlin apartment between Prenzlauer Berg and Weißensee
Enter and enjoy! 35 m² apartment housed in a beautiful late 19th century building (Gründerzeit), ideally situated in the leafy ‘Composers’ Quarter’ (Komponistenviertel) between the tranquil Weißensee and the lively, trendy Prenzlauer Berg. And if that wasn’t enough, the vibrant heart of the metropolis can be reached in just 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by public transport.
The apartment itself is situated on a quiet side street by a small park, a short walk away from the listed Jewish cemetery Weißensee. However, just round the corner you will find yourself in the hustle and bustle of restaurants, offering fine dining, quaint Berlin bars, the weekly market held on the Antonplatz and the Kino Toni (cinema), steeped in tradition.
The apartment has a homely touch, and its ambience surrounds you the second you step over the threshold. Its South facing aspect and the light beech wood flooring give it a bright and airy feel.
The bedroom is furnished with a Super kingsize - 180 cm x 200 cm (6' 0" x 6' 6") bed, a large wardrobe and reading lamps. A chair next to the bed provides comfortable seating, but can be transformed into a comfy single bed within seconds. In the bedroom you will also find a modern flat screen television.
The dining area in the kitchen with a small wooden table and four comfortable chairs, offers views onto a small inner courtyard with shrubs and flower beds.
The modern bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and plenty of towel hooks.
The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. In front of the window, with views onto hedging, providing privacy, trees and shrubs stands a table with 4 chairs.
Bicycles can be left in the inner courtyard.
Spend your holidays in the ‘Composers’ Quarter’ and let the magic and charm of your surroundings enchant you, just like they did the region’s numerous sculptors and composers.

I am very pleased that you liked the location and cleanliness of the apartment. The Berlin metro is indeed different from the Paris metro. It drives above ground. Most guests enjoy the view while driving to the city centre (12 min from Antonplatz to U-Alexanderplatz in the city centre). I am very sorry that you were not entirely satisfied with the equippment. The apartment is equipped to a very high standard (king-size luxury bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair, bedside tables, TV with cable channels, expensive Murano chandelier, brass floor lamps and reading lamps). WIFI is also available. The kitchen is brandnew (2 induction plates, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, pots, pan, dishes, cutlery,…), little dining area with three chairs. Everything is exactly as described on the internet and showed on the photos. I would be very happy to welcome you and your lovely wife back again in Berlin. Then I would recommend to rent one of my larger apartments (Bizet, Mozart, Chopin or Vivaldi) next door. They will probably meet your expectations and needs better. Kind regards Sabine
