“Perfect Beach Vacation” This is the 2nd time that my family stayed in this wonderful beach house. It has everything to make your vacation complete. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can make a nice home meal. The family room is large and comfortable. The condo is a desirable end unit which has a great view of the bird sanctuary on one side. We enjoyed the new high beach chairs that were on the balcony, and spotted a few osprey in a nest. The beach is a quick minute walk away. If you like the beach and enjoy a quiet and relaxing time this is the place to go. I highly recommend.

“Fabulous location!” Very clean home, with an easy, short walk to the beach. Plenty of room on the beach. You do not need to get to the beach early to reserve a spot for yourself. The owner is very sweet and available if you have any problems. Since this is a 3 story townhouse, there are a lot of steps, so it is not suitable if you have trouble going up and down stairs frequently. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of storage room. Decks are marvelous!

“Fab rental” We spent a week in this kind belt home! So much great space... terrific kitchen with all kinds of cooking utensils, pans etc .. we usually ate breakfast and lunch in and out for dinner. But we did grill one night! Great outdoor shower, beach stuff and fab front porch with rocking chairs

“Great Place” Affordable cool place. Very roomy and clean. Owner very responsive to messages. My son slept on the sofa bed and like all sofa beds the bar in the middle is always an issue. Other beds were comfortable. Plenty of kitchen items. New stove, new dining table and new outdoor furniture. Only 2 negative. One there was no TV in the main bedroom upstairs and no outdoor faucet to rinse off sand from the beach. Allow time to clean up to be fair to the next guest :)

“Vacation Rental Was Everything We Wanted and Then Some” This rental was beyond comfortable. We loved the terrace outside and the fact that we could have our 2 small dogs stay with us. We were all very comfortable. Everything was super clean and the the special touches (like all the flowers) made this rental very welcoming. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again given the chance. Close to everything. We had an amazing time in Rehoboth and staying at this place had a lot to do with that! This was also very easy in terms of renting - FlipKey, the owner, etc. Book this place now and enjoy your vacation!

“The Epiphany-A Beautiful Place to Stay” My husband and I, along with our pets, enjoyed our stay at the Epiphany. The view was beautiful. Sitting at the dining room table, we lost track of time while watching the birds and ducks on the water. It is a wonderful place to relax and convenient to everything that Chincoteague and Assateague Islands have to offer. We loved the spaciousness, and the clean and inviting atmosphere. “Great Place! Kid Friendly” The condo was clean and well kept. Not many "knick knacks" sitting around- was great for young kids! Had extra items in the kitchen that were helpful and the place was roomy. The Balcony outside was long and the chairs were nice- not the flimsy white chairs. Great Location! We went next door to the Quality Inn and saw the birds and turtles at their inside pool. There was not much shade at our pool, so we put up our canopy one day and it worked very well!! Other people would bring umbrellas from the beach and put up at the tables. Very close to the beach and to restaurants. Not very far to get to boards and inlet. Extra parking on the street was easily accessible and always available (except on weekend days). Owners were easy to get up with and very helpful! Overall, we loved it and will go again.
