“Wonderful Stay in Maui” We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is nice to stay on first floor and so near to the pool. The condo is located in south Kehei, but just north enough to be out of the busy shopping area.

“Wonderful accommodations” We stayed at Jean's condo for 2 weeks in Feb/March 2014. The condo was outstanding on the quiet end of Kihei Rd. This is a very nice condo with an island color scheme. The furnishings were comfortable both inside and on the lanai. There is air conditioning but you can get a nice breeze moving if you use the ceiling fans and keep the windows open. Everything was there for our use. The only thing you need to bring is a change of clothes, perishable groceries and a toothbrush. The cupboards were well stocked with almost everything imaginable including aloe vera for my husbands nasty sunburn. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a great advantage. The laundry detergent & fabric softener were provided. The kitchen has all kinds of stuff you might need including a mix master, food processor etc. We have made several trips to Maui and have never stayed somewhere that was so well stocked. The condo was very well cleaned without a speck of dust anywhere. The floors shined. The gardeners are meticulous. Not a single blade of grass was out of place. The area around the pool has several bbq's and an outdoor kitchen. The pool and hot tub were nice and didn't have excessive chemicals used. Jean was very attentive to our needs. She answered phone calls and replied to all emails within minutes. She provided a lovely gift basket for us filled with coffee, potato chips, chocolates plus other goodies. She has a book of information in the condo with recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc. I would highly recommend this condo for anybody that needs a two bedroom. I wish there was a way to leave more than 5 stars because this place is a 10. Thank you again Jean for sharing your lovely condo with us. I cannot wait to go back. We will most certainly rent from you again on our next trip.

“Wonderful Time” We loved the condo, the only problem we had with the unit is it was too hot. The sun came in from 8 am till sunset. We love sitting on the Lanai but there is no sun screen to block full sun. The entire A building has this problem. We will only stay on B side from now on. Other than that it was wonderful.

“Maui” Great little Condo for a weeks stay. The room was clean, pool was warm and everyone was very friendly. We'll stay in Kehi again!

“Wonderful!” Our condo, 412B, at Maui Sunset was completely updated and beautifully decorated, with a lovely view. Units at this complex can vary depending on who you are renting from. We were very happy with this unit rented from Kumulani, and would definitely do so again. The Kumulani staff was terrific!

“Home away from Home” We stay at Maui Sunset every year and always have 5 - 6 condos and we truly enjoy our time here. Staff and residents are always very friendly.

“Nice!” Great place - lovely pool and view of the ocean. Clean, comfortable and relaxed. I'd recommend it to friends and family and hope to return one day!

“Amazingly Remarkable Vacation Spot” We found our paradise !! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach Resort in Maui. The view is amazing! How wonderful to hear the waves crashing just below. Soothing and so romantic! So nice to be able to cook meals in and also use the Bbq's at the pool. My husband enjoyed meeting other guy's cooking at the Bbq's. It was quite the social atmosphere. We have been to Maui several times and really liked the location of your condo. So much better than staying in a motel with all the amenities you provided. Thank you so much for the wonderfully decorated tropical atmosphere we had an amazing vacation and will be booking again real soon.

“Some Concerns” There were some issues with condition of furniture; however, greatest issue was with the swimming pool - while the pool fence itself has keyed gates, and thus is not the fault of the rental company, guests were lax about making sure the gate was latched and locked. Be careful if you have small children.

“Great island feel, clean, all the amenities you’d ever want, and close to it all.” We used this as the perfect spot to start and end our days. Stopped at Costco on way from the airport to get our basics. Had a homemade breakfast and dinner most nights and packed a few picnics. Great information supplied on which restaurants and attractions to see supplied by the owner. The decore was so adorable in the unit it was great to come home to. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were immaculate as well. After exploring the island it was soothing to relax here. We even got a chance to see our beloved Toronto Maple leafs play thanks to the Great cable coverage. Walked across to the beach several times and saw turtles and whales. Can’t wait to come back.

“Paradise Awaits You!” This is the perfect place to stay. The owners are fabulous to work with and provided excellent key information about the area! The accommodations are excellent with every need available from a fully stock kitchen to a wonderful living area with movies to a gorgeous set of bedrooms to a closet with everything necessary for a great day at the beach. Also, provided is music CD and lots of books for you down time leisure. We loved all of the amenities!!!! The location is ideally located to the beach, shopping, food, etc. The owners recommended a trip better known as the road to Hana. It is an island must do. I highly recommend a small tour group. It was a pleasure having an expert guide, driver, and cook take us on a super trip including lunch and trip along the back side of the island. Thanks for the perfect week in paradise. Looking forward to a return visit!!!

“Paradise!” Our stay in 427 Sugar Beach Resort was awesome! Beautiful, comfortable condo that was very clean and well stocked. Having free long distance to Canada was a real bonus for us, we were able to call home everyday!

“Wonderful stay in the perfect home. Great golf and beach locatio” My friends and I stayed in this high-end well-appointed home while we were on Maui. Our main purpose was to fit in as many games of golf as possible as our wives shopped and relaxed by the pools and enjoyed the beaches. This plan worked out perfectly since we were located right on golf course and a short walk from the beach. Everyone was more than happy with our accommodations and being able to rent a spacious home in the center of a luxury resort was ideal. This home was an exceptional value when you consider that most of the hotel rooms in the Wailea/Kihei area go for the same price for just one room. Everyone in our group felt as though this was our own home in Maui and we expect we will return again as soon as we can. We highly recommend this place and would like to thank the owners for extending us their every kindness. Sincerely, Don M

“Zowie in Maui” The rental had the most equipped kitchen I've ever stayed in. The place was spacious and I love the art work throughout. The beds were comfortable. I liked the view and the proximity to the grocery store. The pool was lovely. It wasn't a place I would want to hang out in though, and the beach isn't that great; but we loved it for its cleanliness and proximity to various "day trip destinations" like the road to Hana, Haleakana, Big Beach, a coral reserve, a farmer's market, the Iao Needle, etc. in Maui. We enjoyed our stay. The only problem I had is that I wish we could have paid the entire fee by credit card and I would have glad paid an extra fee to do so for the convenience.

“Great 2 bdrm condo in central location” Very nice home away from home.Great location, convenient to lots of activities. Will recommend to friends and family.

“Last minute gem was amazing” We tried to find places for about 2 weeks and every island had no reservations available. We went through flipkey one last desperate time and I got an email about a unit that had a cancellation. We jump on it not really knowing what we were getting in return. The unit was affordable compared to what others were charging by hundreds of dollars. We stayed in 409b. The view of the ocean was jaw dropping. The place had a great patio over looking impeccably kept grounds. Having a washer and dryer in the unit saved our butts! Everything anyone could need was all in the condo. We were conveniently located in Kehei and the trip couldn't of been more wonderful. Wendi was a great resource for us and we would recommend this to anyone wanting to have a great trip to Maui!

“Nice property, unit 105a could use some updates” The grounds of the Maui Sunset are very nice and well maintained. The pool is good but very "rules oriented" (i.e. can't horseplay with your children). Unit 105A had all needed amenities but could definitely use some renovations and upgrades (still has a VHS player!). Carpet must be replaced, sofabed matress was AWFUL and the main bed was quite uncomfortable. Did like the A/C and ceiling fans.

“A Great Location for Our Family's Vacation” Hale Ili Ili was a great spot for our family's vacation. The location was perfect for shops, eating, and of course the beach and ocean! Also, the grassy area was a convenient place for the toddler to play right before a fantastic Maui sunset - which can't be beat and it happens right outside the door. We were excited to arrive, pleased that it exceeded what was promised, quickly made it our home, and wished we didn't have to leave. We hope to be back again someday soon.
