“Splendid home in a glorious and unique Village!” The web site proposed a lovely location and property; the reality well met all of those advance expectations. The owners were most helpful for establishing the arrival processes and the local staff prepared the house very well for our arrival. The property was totally unique; medieval is correct; full of charm and character. The house was furnished exceptionally and we could not fault anything that was made available to us. The beds were super comfortable; the living room quiet and relaxing; the bathrooms were great and the kitchen totally well equipped. Outside, the shaded patio area, complete with the hammock, was really nice to use morning, noon and night and the pool area was the icing on the cake with it's splendid views over the Pontine Plains out to the sea. The Internet worked a treat too! Five star and elegant in every aspect! The village was beautiful; characterful and traditional. We were thrilled at the diverse choice of cafes and restaurants, as well as the peace and quiet of largely a carless society with splendid views from every direction. All of these were within a very easy walk from "Domus Doull". We loved returning from Rome's hustle and bustle to the peace and quiet of the village! Highly recommendable to anyone who wants to enjoy a comfortable "away from it all" stay in a truly unique property and location!

“Modern apartment/great location” The apartment was modern, clean, very well lit and fabulously located. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed many good restaurants in the area as well. Francesco was a gracious and accommodating landlord who had information in the apartment for restaurants, sight seeing, maps and almost anything else you would want. We very much enjoyed our one month stay in Rome at this comfortable and well-appointed apartment.

“Amazing Location” The apartment is literally down the street from the Colosseum. You see it at the end of the street to your left as you exit the building. Antonella was wonderful to deal with. She was always quick to respond and was very helpful. She was there at the apartment at the time that we had agreed on and gave us a quick run through of everything, The apartment has all you could want for your stay. A lovely well stocked kitchen, a good sized bedroom and bathroom and a nice sitting room. The apartment gets lots of light and looks over a beautiful court yard. Another amazing feature about this place is it is quiet! You are in the middle of all of the action yet the apartment is very peaceful. The only set back was the bed was small. It is about 4 feet across and the equivalent of a twin size bed in Canada so it was a squeeze for my six foot husband and I. The bathroom is really nice and the whole apartment had been freshly painted before we arrived with a new security door put in place. We felt more than safe leaving our valuables in the room as we explored Rome for the day. It is about 15 min walk away from the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. About 30 min walk from the Vatican and the Castle. The Colosseum and the Roman forum are at your door step. Great place and Great location!

“Great Location!” The apartment was in a really good location in Rome, central to everything. It was nice to be able to sit outside on the patio, really enjoyed that. The stairs going up to the apartment are pretty steep, my mom is in her mid 70's and then the bathroom and bedrooms are on the second floor of the apartment so she just had to be extra careful. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay in Rome and the apartment.

“Rustic & roomy with the essence of Rome.” We thourouly enjoyed the experience. The accommodation was clean plenty of room a very rustic feel just as we had imagined. And well located in the centre of Rome. Everything was very accessible. Rosaria was very pleasant & helpful. Organizing the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Excellent. The only downside was that the bath took a long time to fill. But if that's all we had to complain about I think we were well accommodated for. A big thank you to you Rosaria. Xx
