“Beautiful studio in an great neighborhood” This studio is absolutely perfect for one person, but is very comfortable for two, also. I had a friend stay with me for eight days and we were fine - certainly more room than a Paris hotel! Pascal was super accomodating and efficient, always providing rapid email responses and also wonderful assistance in helping me to get settled in on my day of arrival. He even took me for a brief walk through the neighborhood to show me location of the markets, wine stores, boulangeries, and the streets with the good restaurants and cafes. There are many bars and nightclubs nearby but far enough away that the noise does not affect the studio. Having Pascal there when I arrived really enhanced my welcome and comfort. The neighborhood is excellent, slightly removed from most of the more crowded Paris touristy areas. Great location behind the Pantheon, and actually not a bad walk at all from the popular St. Michele area and the Notre Dame. The studio is very well equipped with everything one needs, and the fold out bed is the most comfortable fold out bed I have ever slept on in my life. I want to buy one for my home in the U.S. Kitchen is very small, but it is possible to prepare meals. Bathroom is very modern and nice - shower is excellent, there is great water pressure and always enough hot water. There is no air conditioner (typical in France) but you can sleep with the huge window wide open and the nights in July were cool enough. There is a school playground across the street and because of my open window, the loud children sometimes made it difficult to sleeo late in the mornings after a late Parisien night. But the studio is equipped with a small but adequate oscillating fan if you want to keep the window closed. I had friends in for dinner once or twice, and it is comfortable for five or six as long as you don't plan to cook the entire meal in the kitchen. I loved this studio - it really made my 18 days in Paris allow me to feel like I was a Paris resident.

“Wonderful!” Michele was awesome every step of the way. She communicated clearly from the start and followed through with meeting us at the flat. The studio was just perfect for the two of us. We walked all over Paris from this location and took the metro which is just across the street. There isn't anything you cant get to from here. The studio was quiet at night and the bed is excellent. Everything was perfect. I'd like to stay a month next time!

“Big mistake to pass this by...” We had the pleasure of staying at this recently remodeled contemporary apartment for 5 days. Michelle, the owner was helpful, gracious and at our beakon call for any questions or information. She has provided a book that walks you through anything needed from a grocery store, taxi, shopping, instructions for TV. etc. We walked to the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, the Loevre, etc. The Latin Quarter has everything day or night that you would want in a friendly neighborhood with cafe's, bar's, a pharmacy, a grocery, etc. We had unlimited international/domestic phone access, great wireless connections, kitchen necessities, washer/ dryer, and very comfortable surroundings. The stairs are a little narrow and steep but we went down once a day and up once a day so it was a non-event. I will never stay anywhere else when in Paris. There is not aC but the fans were more than enough and we seldom used them. Thank you, Michelle

“Clean, spacious, nice concierge, and so quiet that the mice must” We had a five night stay in this nicely located apartment a block from the Bastile. Madame andré, the concierge was delightful and most helpful with explaining all about the apartment. The apartment was nicely furnished and the couches and bed were comfortable; the TV and all the appliances were all up to date and worked fine. This unit has two bathrooms, both with a stall shower and a toilet, most unusual for a one bedroom unit. The kitchen is fully furnished, though we didn't do any serious cooking; we never could figure out the microwave, but the washer worked fine. We were but two but the hide a bed couch or couches could accommodate more and the unit is so spacious there is plenty of room for four persons easily. There is no street noise whatsoever, this is a quiet place for sleep and relaxing. This is not the Four Seasons or such, but there is real Parisian charm here for those who want it. Superior onion soup in the small café directly across the boulevard. We would stay here again without question should we be able to return to Paris. In summary, our most memorable place to stay in Paris in our several visits. We recommend it without question. The owner is also very communicative and helpful.

“Fantastique! Mervielleux!” The location can't be beat. We wandered down the street after a long day & I would make a point of hanging out by the entrance pretending it was my home. I'd wait for other tourists to come by & fiddle with my keys etc. We like to keep the windows open at night- noise level? No problem at all & I like to hear the city at night. Bedrooms (& beds) were very quiet & conducive to a good night's sleep. We went out for meals but also cooked. Kitchen was comfortable & it's easy to put a meal together with all the shops down the block. Bottom line: it's extremely comfortable & is such a great alternative to hotels. I think it's the only way to travel now. Beware you may need to get pulled out kicking & screaming- you won't want to leave I assure you.

“Beautiful, classic-style Paris apartment perfectly located!” My family and I found the absolutely perfect apartment for our trip to Paris. Letitia was a gem to rent from; she gave us so much information based on our interests. The apartment was close to many museums, wonderful restaurants, food markets, shopping and so much more! The train to Versailles was literally around the corner. The apartment was very comfortable with enough lounging room in the living room, very comfortable beds with high-end bedding and space to put away our belongings. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in which we did a couple of nights. We were welcomed warmly, coffee and croissants were provided for us when we arrived. The apartment was very clean, quiet and just lovely. We would return here again and again!

“Light spacious joyful friendly artistic” Me and my colleagues rented Nathalie's Marais loft on a recent business trip and we could not have been happier. The place is so spacious and joyful, it made it a pleasure to come home after a long day of work. It is bright and cheerful but also very quiet so we slept well. I work in New York in the Fashion industry and I am very attentive to atmosphere and details. I liked the cheerfulness of this place, the huge airy loft space, very rare in Paris, the spacious open kitchen which actually makes you want to entertain ( we actually cooked dinner for friends twice) and the super convenient neighborhood. Right downstairs you have all the best stores, bakeries, fruits and vegetables, a butcher, a cheese store and a couple of supermarkets. You are also right in Le Marais, with all its cafes, boutiques, museums and restaurants. I will definitely come back to Nathalie's next time I have to go to Paris. Hopefully soon!

Beautiful Vacation Rental at Arc de Triomphe in Paris

“Superb Paris apartment” I rented this amazing apartment for a week in June for my adult son and I for his Birthday and it just could not have been more ideal. We fell in love with it immediately. He had his own spacious bedroom with ensuite and I enjoyed my fantastic bedroom and marble ensuite and cute little deck where we had our breakfasts overlooking the garden. The kitchen is extremely well equipped but we paid morning visits to Le Notre for pastries & stocked up on a few cheeses and fruits from Monoprix for breakfast and ate out the rest of the time. Ellen showed us our apartment and spent all the time we needed to get acquainted with our new place, she is the best ! We were so lucky to get this ultra clean apartment in a wonderful quiet neighborhood and would not hesitate to stay there again !! A short walk to the end of the block with a glance to the left rewards you with a glorious view of the L'Arc de Triomphe. What's not to like ?

“Paris Champion” We had a great time at the Paris Champion. The apartment was fun and clean, the kids (16,12,9 and 4) all had a blast playing after long days in Paris. The apartment is close to the metro and we used the guides provided to find food for the whole family to eat at. Thanks for a great adventure.

“Everything we wanted in an apt. and more” This is a lovely ground-floor apartment overlooking a sunny, gated Parisian courtyard complete with trees and flowering plants. We've stayed on Rue Cler and found it overrun with tourists. We wanted to experience a more authentic Paris. We found it. The warm neighbors, the scrumptious bakery next door, and the proximity to public transit also enhanced our stay. The decor is warm, comfortable and inviting--in contrast to the many sterile apartments that we have seen listed on the internet. It feels like a home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would return in a heartbeat.
