“Wonderful!!” Do not hesitate to rent Villa Maris from Fabjan and Ivana. I would--and will-- go back there in a heartbeat. The two wonderful apartments are freshly decorated, well appointed and super clean. The relaxing garden comes complete with a beautiful little secluded lavender reading bed that makes you feel like you've just landed in heaven. The beach just in front of the house always has several chairs reserved just for Villa Maris renters and is not overcrowded. And Fabjan and Ivana are the most helpful, most kind owners we've ever rented a vacation home from. In a minute's notice, Fabjan patiently helped us organize so many wonderful outings. And although I was a bit hesitant about renting near Split instead of near Dubrovnik,I became enchanted by "the living palace" that is Split.

“Great home -- everything you need -- close to PanAm pool” We rented Minoo's fabulous house while visiting Toronto with 3 Paralympic Athletes who competed at the new PanAm Pool this past March. We appreciated the roomy house, full kitchen, 4 bedrooms, comfortable beds, lots of extras and a nice, quiet neighborhood. Minoo was there to greet us when we arrived and was a terrific and conscientious host. We will stay there again.

“Escape from reality” My husband and I both have high-pressure jobs. We were looking for an escape from the grind. We found it at Water's Edge. As we entered the gate of this quaint island paradise reality melted away. The main living area is open and comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious. But I can't say that we spent much time in the house... The view from the back patio is breathtaking. The doors open to a beautiful outdoor living space which overlooks the Caribbean. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner outside! The days were lazy, filled with much needed R&R.; We read books, napped in the hammock, and simply enjoyed the sun and the seascape. The home has direct access to the water, and the pool is perfect for that quick dip to cool off. Although we were looking for a quiet getaway, nightlife was not far away. We found it easy to get over to Paradise Island for some dinner and gambling at atlantis. We enjoyed our trip so much we returned with our daughter the following year. She enjoyed it as much as we did. We've got a new baby at home, but are looking forward to getting back to Water's Edge soon.

“Had a serene and beautiful experience” We were a group of 12 people who participated in a holistic healing retreat at Homestead. This was our second year of retreat in this same place. The experience was fantastic and right from the view of the valley, the weather, the food, the staff courtesy and the accommodation, everything was the best possible. The staff was extremely cooperative and warm. The view from Homestead is out of the works and was an amazing environment to connect with self and also do some photography. The location of the home is very convenient with close access to all basic needs. We really appreciate the extra care taken by Shikha to help us have a more serene excercises and having taken care of our special needs for the same. Each time the experience gets better. Thanks guys!

“Complete Perfection” The house was perfect, spacious and comfortable. We had a great time as did all of our guests. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the broken blind in the sunroom which unfortunately left a direct line from another houses security light straight to the bed. Easy fix. We loved it and hope to come back next year!

“Living in a cloud” How can I express the wonderful feeling I had when I arrived to the home. We were received by Maria who has a heart of gold. She delivered and gave beyond what she had. We sat perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the island and Fira dripping from the edge in white. As Maria went through all the best the island had to offer. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. It was a home that made you feel not only on vacation but also embodied the culture and style of Greece. You felt loved and at peace. You can be in that home to relax but in my case, I was surprising my parents with renewal of their vows so I was in close contact with Maria. I honestly did not expect the help she offered, and it was a lot. Making several calls and running around helping us with the details of a wedding. The catering, the flowers, the space. It was a full job for her. She seemed to do it all. Every morning our space was clean and we had fresh towels. If there was a request she was a phone call away. We had hotel amenities. Which is rare for a home rental to have. Over all - A spectacular home, amazing Service, Memorable time. We would go back again and can't wait to see Maria, this time to spend time with-- We highly recommend you go visit the black beach. If you have a concern ask Maria she is a wealth of knowledge. “Everything we hoped it would be...” This first floor two bedroom apartment was great and just what we'd hoped it would be for two parents and a teen. It is in great shape and truly felt like a home and not a rental unit. In a safe neighborhood 0.8 miles from Isabelle 2, it is a quick drive or easy walk into town. Isabelle 2 is far more preferable to Esparanza in my mind as it is the main town where there are restaurants, a bank, shops and markets and of course the local people who we found to be warm and helpful. The unit has access to a wonderful private patio/garden beside a patch of banana tress and is surrounded by a privacy wall which allows glimpses of the ocean beyond. We enjoyed sitting there after exploring the island or a day at the beach. Being on a bit of a hill in the Bravo de Boston area allows for great sun and pleasant breezes which we reveled in. There was a place for our rented jeep as well. So of course everyone has concerns about the roosters crowing day and night as did we. Not many want to have roosters directly outside the window. Happily this location did not have "proximate" roosters. Yes, you can hear them, but they are at a distance and I must say we liked having the sounds of distant crowing as part of the Vieques experience. The unit has aC, but it was definitely not needed at this time of the year. The ceiling fans were perfect for our needs. Keeping the screen doors closed will keep out evening/early morning mosquitos which are another part of Vieques life. We were really happy to have the use of portable beach chairs and a beach umbrella provided by the Owner. A nice touch I thought. The owner was very pleasant and provided us with great tips on getting from PR to Vieques. She also gave us great information about the island once we arrived regarding the ins and outs of island life and was able to drop us off at the car rental place when we arrived, and at the ferry when we reluctantly started our return trip. We plan on returning and staying again!

“Great House in Mendoza” My wife and I shared the accommodation with another couple. A good choice for us. Julio welcomed us on our arrival and ensured we had everything we required. The house was beautiful, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was a 20 minute walk from downtown in a good area. Mendoza is very clean and friendly. Wine country was great!!
