“Sweet Wind is outstanding” We just returned from 9 wonderful days at Nina"s Sweet Wind Villa. The view is spectacular, the trade winds always kept the villa very comfortable and the location to great snorkeling and beautiful beaches is a big plus. Nina is a great hostess and close by if you need any hints on where to go or places to eat but she is never in the way. She even was so kind to fillet a Mahi Mahi I bought in Cruz Bay!! The "Pod" set up of the Villa makes it really nice. The living, dinning and kitchen area is separate but right next to two pods that are the sleeping and bathroom areas. Great for 3 couples or a family. The East end of the Island is also very peaceful and quiet. We certainly plan to return.

“Can't wait to go back!” We loved Villa Mar de amores from the moment we got there. Amazing views, great vibes, lovely decorations, high ceilings, comfy beds, great kitchen, just perfect. It's even nicer than the pictures. We all started smiling when we climbed to the top of the hill in our Jeep. Perfect amount of space for the five of us. Could sit on that deck any time of day and be totally entranced. The owner is great, and the on island managers were also great. We booked the house again for next year before we left!

“Fabulous St. John Get away!” My husband, 16 year old daughter, her friend, and myself vacationed at Villa Catalina from June 5-June 12, 2012. From being met at the ferry dock, Myrtle took care of every need we had. The home was incredible and very comfortable for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms very comfortable, and the beach towels, chairs, and ice chest are a definite plus! Villa Catalina is just minutes from Cruz Bay and very convenient to beaches, restaurants, shops, etc. The deck and pool area are great in the mornings and evenings, and the grill was a must have as we cooked plenty meals out in the evenings. There was a grocery on our way back in to the villa which had a great meat selection as well as wines. The thing I think I would say i liked least is the third bedroom being accessed from outside and down stairs. Though this was not a problem for the 4 of us it was just a little inconvenient. What we loved most was the peace and quiet of the area, the great breezes blowing across the decks in the evenings. This was a wonderful place to stay and we cant wait to return. A definite slice of heaven!

“Beautiful views, quiet and convenient” From the initial reservation to check-out, service was terrific. The property has everything you might need from beach chairs and towels to groceries. The proximity to town is also a big plus. Our condo was spotless and very comfortable. Excellent all around. We will definitely rent again!

“Fabulous” We love Las Brisas Caribe, and this is our second visit to this fabulous villa. There are three separate wings, so it accommodates a large family or couples comfortably and with privacy. The villa is beautifully decorated and landscaped, with a private pool, and located conveniently to the downtown area and beaches. We especially loved watching the sunset from the Crows Nest every night, with a Pain Killer in hand. We can't wait to go back.

“Thanks giving Wedding at CoCo de mer” My husband and I just got back from a week at CoCo de Mer on St. John. While there, we celebrated our wedding and Thanksgiving! The house and Tommy, the guest contact on the island, were wonderful. The views from the home are sweeping and beautiful. The common areas and bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed. Also, the kitchen is extremely well outfitted. Three minor issues are these: the walk to the private beach is long and difficult, especially for older folks and the pool water was pretty chilly. All in all, we had a wonderful visit and hope to return!

“Dream Honeymoon” Our visit to St. Thomas and St. John was truly an amazing experience. It was our honeymoon, and we spent a whole week on St. John. We must visited almost every beach while we were there. The little cottage had every thing we needed to cook our own meals, including a grill (i have celiacs, so I can't eat out just anywhere). But there are plenty of restaurants on that side of the island. The view from the porch was really amazing, and bookshelf was full of old maps and nick info about the island. Thia was a great host, and gave a lot of useful advice on where the best beaches and places were for us to visit. “Cinnamon Breeze on incomparable Peter Bay” We were a family group of parents with college age and teenage kids. From the moment we pulled up to the gatehouse tower, each one of us began a marvelous week. Beautiful architecture resonant with local history, lush peaceful garden and outdoor spaces, fun walk to the private beach with excellent snorkeling, comfortable restful bedrooms with balconies and large en suite baths, and well-appointed kitchen. We left the house only to snorkel, island-hop on a chartered boat, and deep sea fish - the rest of the time we were most happy to soak up the expansive view and enjoy the villa environment. Excellent support staff, caterers available for grocery delivery or guest chef. Best vacation ever!
