“Great Downtime in San Juan” Unit was perfect for a getaway week in San Juan. We were on the beach every day which provided warm water, sun, and shade. Condo was perfect size for us, and on 15th floor very safe, quiet, and private. Had everything we needed, washer-dryer, etc. Building employees very courteous and helpful. Variety of restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. We did not have to rent a car. We ate breakfast and lunch in condo, then ate dinner out every day. Pool deck is beautiful and health club a big plus. Overall great place to relax, chill out, and enjoy the ambiance.

“Lovely villa for a family or a group of friends.” Villa Destino is a perfect house. Indoor outdoor living at its best. My family and I had a wonderful stay. There is room enough for everyone. The pool is lovely and the views from the terrace spectacular. We felt very comfortable and the house provided plenty of space for all of us. Kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are comfortable. Would totally recommend this house for anyone.

“Spectacular View and Wonderful Hospitality!” We just returned from a wonderful 8-day stay in the White Seagull, at "Just For Two" on St. John. This was a return trip for us, having stayed there, last May, as well. We rarely return to the same location, preferring to seek new adventures. This was a rare exception and a testimony to the wonder of this place - both St. John and Jacqueline's hospitality. The room is wonderfully decorated and comfortable, with 270 degree views of the Caribbean. We overlook Great Cruz Bay and Chocolate Hole from our windows, with views of St. Thomas from the Sky Lounge. It's amazing to wake to the early sunrise and see the ocean view, by simply sitting up in the bed. We took wonderful photos of the sunsets from the rooftop Sky Lounge and our location near the top of a mountain, overlooking the island. Jacqueline readily gave us access to her private patio, as well, providing wonderful views of Great Cruz Bay and relaxing surroundings to talk or simply play cards, in paradise! The room is well decorated with antiques and personal items. There was good Wi-Fi access and a TV with limited channels, but we rarely used them. A fireplace was available, but we can't imagine using it, except in the dead of "winter"! The room offers a small kitchenette, suitable for simple breakfasts or lunch preparation. There is access to a grill in the courtyard, as well. However, we mostly enjoyed the wonderful food at all the restaurants on the island. You definitely need to rent a car and we have had great experience with Courtesy Rental. The roads are steep, somewhat narrow and you get the challenge of driving on the left side. It's a challenge, but quickly becomes comfortable. The roads Just For Two are steep, but enjoyable. There is a back way that allows a "less steep" option, if it is rainy. Next year is our 25th anniversary and we are planning to return, yet again. It's hard to argue with perfection - especially for a milestone date.

“Perfect!” My husband and I stayed here in April 2015 with our 10yr. old daughter. The Condo was perfect. Very tastefully decorated, and very clean. The owner took a lot of thinking into everyone's needs that would be staying here. Both bathrooms were stocked with multiple toiletries, all kitchen appliances necessary, including coolers for the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, games, baby equipment and the list goes on. The location was absolutely perfect. We rented a car so did a lot of exploring but if you do not rent a car, you will not miss it. Everything you need is within walking distance or a very short taxi ride for groceries. I was a little worried about the condo being so close to the airport, although very convenient, I thought it would be somewhat of a disturbance with the airplanes flying over. We never even noticed the airplanes! That was not an issue. We had soooo much wonderful food in Puerto Rico but I must say, One of my very favorite things was walking down the beach, to the left and getting fish taco's. It is about 1 block down from condo if you are facing the ocean. We like fine dining and have tried fish tacos from all over, even the ones from Cabo do not compare with these. We were skeptical at first, but you will not regret or "get sick" if you try! The leasing agent and owner both were very friendly and very timely will all responses. Comparing this condo to a hotel, you can not beat the price. We normally stay in luxury hotels but because our daughter was with us, we did not spend the extra money. We made an excellent choice and would absolutely stay here again.

“Heaven on earth” I want to thank the owner Thursten Cook for another wonderful week at South Sound. The property is located on a private cove with breathtaking views of the Ocean. The property was in great shape with a new refrigerator and a new boat. It is difficult to put into words the feeling of falling asleep at night and hearing the roar of the ocean. As this is our second time at the Villa we are starting to get to know all the citizens. The people on the Island go out of their way to make you feel confortable. “Perfect getaway with a spectacular view” We absolutely loved our stay at Blue Palm Villa. The facilities are excellent and the location is beyond description! Waking up every morning to see the incredible blue of Coral Bay encircled by lush mountains was unbelievable. The Villa not only has an unbelievable view, but the facilities themselves are beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The pool is gorgeous. The amenities are modern and aesthetically wonderful. The gardens around the villa are exquisite. Honestly, it was hard to pull ourselves away from the Villa to go visit other places. It was so nice to relax in that little paradise. But the Villa is also close to many delicious restaurants and awesome beaches. Overall, we do not think there is a better way to see the Virgin Islands than by staying at Blue Palm Villa! We recommend it wholeheartedly!
