“Pollards family trip” The place was great, clean, comfortable and safe. The sunset and view of the gulf was breath taking and the price was worth the house, Mrs McMillan was very helpful and caring calling all the way from New York City to make sure all our needs were met. “would stay here again!” We very much enjoyed our stay at this villa. The owner was easy to deal with, very pleasant and efficient with communication. The villa itself is in a great location, with good amenities close by. The local bar is a great place to while away a few hours and watch the world go by. The villa itself was actually far nicer and more modern than the photos indicated, and we appreciated the bbq and plunge pool. Accommodations were more than comfortable for a party of 4 adults and one small child. We would have no hesitation in booking this villa again if we were returning to Tobago with friends.

“Lovely rustic getaway” Seascape is a wonderful getaway for those who want to experience life in a small village in Tobago. We had a couple of days of rain but what better place to weather Mother Nature than hanging out in Seascape. There are other tourists there to be sure, and Heavenly Bay is both a working fishing bay and a place where other tourists are. It can get noisy (I recommend ear plugs if you're a light sleeper like me), but the villa gives you the great advantage of being high above it all with the most amazing view. Rollins was excellent and a good recommendation to have him pick us up and take us back to the airport. We actually didn't end up driving at all because we hired a local guide, Roachee, for 3 days who took us snorkeling, fishing, and in the rain forest. We some issues with ants, but as long as you put everything in the fridge and freeze your leftovers, it wasn't a problem. So all in all, a great honeymoon for us. I can see that the villa wouldn't be for everyone - if you're looking for a resort with lots of glitz and polish, that wouldn't be the place. For us, we were looking for rustic, a quiet village, little tourism, some island life, and so it was perfect!

“Carnival 2014 accomodation” We were late on booking accommodation for carnival; however came across this gem and was greatly satisfied. Management was friendly and accommodating provided transportation to and from the airport, and had self serving facilities such as a washer and dryer for those J'ouvert moments. Would recommend this place for any future guest.

“Fabulous. fabulous. Fabulous.” We are a 63-year-old active couple: the well-designed and appointed, comfortable, spacious apartment (up easily negotiated stairs) offers spectacular views of flora, fauna, the pool, the ocean and the sky; each of our seven days day began with morning coffee on the apartment's breezy terrace listening to the ocean and the birds before a five minute walk to the seemingly private beach for a swim in the atlantic or a stroll and then back for breakfast. Gracious, caring, welcoming owners musician Steve and sculptor wife Jan provided information and camaraderie whenever desired. Conveniently located, Casa Cassini is clearly a casa away from casa.

“A place for great family fun.” My sister and I took her six children all under the age of twelve and they had a blast. The pool was safe enough for the children since the deepest point was 5ft, they enjoyed all the board games and the beds were very comfortable. We had to piratically drag them away for them to see more of the island,and even then they were eager to get back, they did not want to leave when it was over.

“Fit the purpose of feeling like a comfy home I arrived at. Village Feel I loved: Peaceful but Vibesy” Very comfortable with amazing artistic interior design. I stayed for a full two weeks with my car and the studio apartment and to be honest I still miss it! Tiina and Lion were amazing, they would accommodate any queries and I am sure would even take you out if you were interested. Whatever fruit season it is I'm sure you will get to experience it whether its a breakfast smoothie or fresh fruit picked that morning. No complaints and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook which is always surprising but a complete plus! Even though it was a village in the country feel, Tiina and Lion are every much well known in the community and knowing that I felt very safe and didn't have any problems or hassle. I recommend it fully.
