Brand new luxury, 2-room ****IVANA apartment is intended for business and/or pleasure guests visiting Belgrade for a shorter period of time. It can accomodate up to 4 guests. Appartment is situated in the prestigious, modern part of New Belgrade called Belville, close to most of foreign and local businesses, nearby Sava river, famous for its nightlife on float restaurants & discotheques as well as in the immediate vicinity of the biggest shopping mall in this region -“Delta City”. Belgrade International Airport Nikola Tesla is only about 10 minute by car.

Belville is new, neat, modern, well guarded estate furnished with numerous cafés, fast-food and traditional restaurants, pizza and bakery shops, boutiques, children play grounds, and big medical center,

Apartment is very well linked with downtown, Intercity Bus and Railway stations by several City public transport lines (taxi/buses/trams).

Four Star apartment IVANA consists of a cozy and lusciously furnished living room, comfortable bedroom with large French bed, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, microwave oven, panel mounting hot plate, dish washer, cutlery and crockery, spacious bathroom and balcony with a nice view. It is furnished with central heating, Air-conditioning, large LCD TV set, cable TV, CD player & FM Receiver, high speed wireless internet and washing machine. Apartment has its own, well protected, closed parking lot.

Subject to previous arrangement, guests could be met/seen off at the Airport, Railway/Bus station.
