Wellness oasis between Prenzlauer Berg and Weißensee enter and enjoy! 60 m² apartment is housed in a beautiful late 19th century building (Gründerzeit), ideally situated in the leafy 'composers' quarter' (composer district) between the tranquil White Lake and the lively, trendy Prenzlauer Berg. And if that wasn't enough, the vibrant heart of the metropolis can be reached in just 10 minutes.
The apartment itself is situated on a quiet side street by a small park, a short walk away from the listed Jewish cemetery Weißensee. However, just round the corner you will find yourself in the hustle and bustle of restaurants offering fine dining, quaint Berlin bars, the weekly market held on the Anton square and the cinema (cinema), Toni steeped in tradition.
The apartment has a homely touch, and its ambience surrounds you the second you step over the threshold. Its South facing aspect and the light beech wood flooring give it a bright and airy feel.
The bedroom is furnished with two single beds, complete with comfortable orthopaedic mattresses, a large wardrobe and reading lamps.
The dining area, with its large wooden table and comfortable chairs, offers views onto a small inner courtyard with shrubs and flower beds. A sofa next to the dining table provides comfortable seating, but can be transformed into a comfy double bed within seconds.
In the living room you will find a large comfortable corner settee antique glass cabinet, and a large cupboard with plenty of storage space and a modern flat screen television.
The large modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and plenty of towel hooks.
The built - in kitchen is fully equipped with oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. In front of the window, with views onto hedging, providing privacy, trees and shrubs stands a small bistro table with chairs.
Bicycles can be left in the inner courtyard.

The apartment itself is located in a quiet side street at a small park not far from the Monument-protected Jewish cemetery Weißensee. Right around the corner, the hustle and bustle begins but with delicious restaurants, traditional Berlin pubs, the weekly market at the place of Anton and the traditional cinema Toni.
The facilities of the entire apartment is very comfortable, the atmosphere already when entering with. The apartment is South-facing and designed with a light beech parquet.
The bedroom has two single beds with orthopedic mattresses, a large closet and reading lamps.
The dining area with the large wooden table and comfortable chairs out overlooks a small courtyard with rose bushes. The couch next to the dining table is comfortable to sit and read, and can be turned at night into the nu into a comfortable double bed.
You expect a big comfortable couch corner, an antique display case and a large wardrobe with ample storage space and modern flat-screen TV in the living room.
The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, hair dryer and of course sufficient towel.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, coffee machine, kettle, Toaster, crockery, pots and pans. Before the window overlooking the garden is a small bistro table and chairs.
Bikes can be easily parked in the courtyard.
