“Best family holiday we have had in ages” This is a really lovely place. The pool area and cabana are private and very user friendly. Beach in the morning and sheltered pool area in the afternoon, ideal with 3 teenagers. Bedrooms are spacious and everything works. We didn't bother with a/c just opened the house up and used the ceiling fans. Plenty of living space and room for people to do their own thing if they wanted to. Close to most things but far enough away from noise and crowds. It helps that Maui is absolutely brilliant. Andrew leaves you alone but is readily available to help with any minor issues. The kids said it was the best family holiday they have been on in ages. We agree.

“Fantastic Kam Sands Condo!!!” We have stayed at Kamaole Sands a number of times now, and this is the best unit that we have found. “Even better than expected” I stayed at this cottage for 11 nights. I felt so much at home that I did not want to leave, not even to go to the beach. The views are stunning. It is very private and quiet. I really liked the sound of the water fall in the gulch below. The cottage offers anything one can dream of... fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, towels, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, BBQ, outside showers, TV, DVD and a very fast and stable internet. Haiku town is only a few minutes by car (3 minutes to be precise) where you can find groceries, restaurants and a fitness centre (which offers weekly and daily passes for tourists). Paia town and beaches can easily be reached within 15 minutes, Makawao town is also around the corner. Barbara and Hank, the owners of this beautiful property, are very nice people and extremely helpful.

“Near the action yet quiet.” It was a short walk to a beautiful beach and quite a lot of traffic before there but the condo was quiet with the sounds of birds and a cool breeze passing through so AC wasn't needed even in the heat of summer.

“Great stay” Spent 2 weeks here and was not disappointed at all, it met all of our needs. The condo was very clean, kitchen we'll stocked, and most important was the bed was very comfortable. There was never any noise problems day or night. It's in a great location, short walk to lots of restaurants, gift shops, and. Of course the ice cream shop. Condo us also furnished with snorkel gear, beach chairs, and mats. If you stay here you will not be disappointed.

“Luxurious, well maintained, quiet "Paradise Beach Condo".” Firstly, the location was within walking distance to three great beaches, local shopping and great restaurants. This newly renovated condo was a "Home away from Home" with a "Wow" factor. The grounds were well maniquered with a lovely pool, hot tub and BBQ. Every detail in beach accessory from boogie boards, to snorkling gear to beach chairs etc. was at your disposal for a great day at the beach. We will come back again!!!

“Hale Kameole #309 - A great find!!” We ust returned from a glorious holiday to Maui (10 days) and the Molokai (4 days). This is our 7th trip to the Islands, and I fall more in love every time! Maui had last been a destination in 1995 and although we found a lot of changes - much has stayed the same. We stayed, for the first time, in #309 (Hale Kamaole) - a 3rd story condo with an ocean view - renting the unit through Vrbo. This was a very clean and well appointed condo and allowed the four of us (2 couples) ample room and comfotable surroundings. The owner (Brenda) was easy to deal with and always helpful and honest. We loved so much about this location - it's proximitiy to Kamaole 3 Beach (right across the road, and a really great beach in it's own), shopping, dining and, of course, the beaches in Wailea (Ulua and Big Beach). The condo was extremely clean and...well, comfortable - the kind of place that you're anxious to return to after a long and tough day of beaching or shopping. Do not think we missed having cocktails on the lanai one day, watching the sun go down to the tunes of other residents performing their "conch" ceremony (not to be missed). We all loved this place, and would not hesitate to stay here again.

“Wonderful stay in the perfect home. Great golf and beach locatio” My friends and I stayed in this high-end well-appointed home while we were on Maui. Our main purpose was to fit in as many games of golf as possible as our wives shopped and relaxed by the pools and enjoyed the beaches. This plan worked out perfectly since we were located right on golf course and a short walk from the beach. Everyone was more than happy with our accommodations and being able to rent a spacious home in the center of a luxury resort was ideal. This home was an exceptional value when you consider that most of the hotel rooms in the Wailea/Kihei area go for the same price for just one room. Everyone in our group felt as though this was our own home in Maui and we expect we will return again as soon as we can. “Maui's Best!” Honu place is absolutely amazing! Better than described! My wife and I spent our two week honeymoon here and we couldn't have been happier! Susie and Rick have provided every amenity imaginable to make your stay comfortable and memorable. It is beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect, set slightly back from South Kihei Rd and a five minute walk to Maui's best - Keawakapu Beach, Honu Place is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. Just minutes away from shops and dinning in both Kihei and Wailea! Honu Place is a true hidden gem and one of Maui's best kept secrets. We can't wait to stay again!

“Here is a Gem of a Condo!” The owner of this condo, Lawrence Daluz was easily available and great to work with! The condo is clean, beautiful and comfortable in most every way. This condo is placed in a hotel setting (as it turns out our friends were renting a hotel-owned condo just across the driveway) so we got to see the inside of one of the hotel-owned-and run units. This one was far superior to theirs, though the layout for the unit is exactly the same. The sunny kitchen in this condo was extremely well-supplied (the best we have run across, ever, which we really appreciated) and all the appliances we used worked great. This unit has a stove, a microwave, a 'fridge with freezer and a decent-sized oven. We like to cook our own food (the main reason for getting a condo in the first place), so all of this came in VERY handy. Even the dishes were up-to-date and pretty! The bedroom is really nice and the bed, perfect and super-comfortable (especially for this girl with back issues), the living room is lovely (and beautiful) to relax in and the inside dining area furniture, classy and generous-sized. The lanai is mostly quiet (there is a street nearby but the noise there was minimal in our opinion). The lanai was also surprisingly private and quite well-supplied including a huge gas barbecue (which we didn't try out), and a nice dining table which we used often. There are also two comfortable loungers with pillows on the lanai as well. Though we brought our own snorkeling equipment, Lawrence has included a generous supply of usable snorkeling gear and children's sand toys (though we didn't use any of it.) The only "con" for this unit: The best a/c unit is in the bedroom (it works great) but the living room a/c unit, is added on and has to be closely looked after as it is a bit temperamental - and doesn't really give the living room that fully air conditioned feel (something kind of important to this middle-aged couple). But it was sufficient enough and after being in Maui for about five days, we both finally got used to the warmer larger room (we live in the cooler mountains at some altitude so the heat was a bit of a shock to us the first few days). The internet in this unit can be spotty, too, but it worked well enough for the most part (something we have experienced in other condos and on other islands as well.) All in all I give this condo an A+. It's clean, modern feeling, beautiful, convenient to everything in this area, well-supplied and quite nice to "live in" during a vacation in Maui. I highly recommend it and I also thank Lawrence for keeping it up so well.

“Relaxing and Beautiful Getaway” My husband and I stayed at 33a in Ekahi for a week long vacation. The condo and surroundings exceeded all of our expectations. It is very tastefully decorated, extremely clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The grounds, pool area and beach are wonderful. The lanai is a serene retreat. We ate all of our breakfasts and lunches out there and then dined on fantastic food for dinner from the many choices of restaurants. The keyless entry and parking were very convenient. We will return next summer with our children.

“Second stay in this lovely condo...” We stayed in this condo two years ago and was impressed with the price and comforts of home that we decided to stay a second time. This condo is still the best value in Kihei. We enjoyed the ocean view from the lanai every morning and went boogie boarding and snorkeling at Kam II everyday. Snorkeling was amazing. We saw beautiful fish and turtles each time. The complex is well maintained and clean. We even used the outdoor grill by the pool and it looked brand new. We will definitely be back.

“Heaven!” To say aqua Lani J305 is a beautiful home is an understatement. Everything in the home is spotless and luxurious, the pictures represent the home perfectly. The spaciousness of the home was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen is furnished with more than the essentials and made it easy to prepare some meals after a long, sunny fun filled day. The location is a short path walk to the great pools and the big blue ocean. We would most certainly consider this a spot to return to!

“Very Impressive and I am hard to impress!!” Our stay at the Wailea Beach Villas was absolutely amazing! A typical vacation for us in the last few years has been atlantis Royal Towers Bahamas, Westins ,Fairmonts and Grand California resort at Disneyland. Sun Splash is elegantly appointed, comfortable and immaculate, with large spacious rooms. Better than the pictures on the website. Views from the lanai are breathtaking with wonderful sunsets. Staff and service was warm and professional. Literally steps away from shops and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen for formal or informal dining, except for food of coarse.
