“Paradise” Immaculately clean properties, on the North shore of one of the greatest islands on Earth. And a f^&#ing spa tub on the lanai where you can see the river as you sip on your favorite cocktail after a long day of surfing!!! Man, I'm so sad that I can't go like once a month, but if you have the will and the means, Mark will take care of you and share his little slice of heaven with you. (Mark's the owner.) My wife spent 10 days here a couple of weeks ago, and we wish we could have spent ten months instead...sigh...

“better than expected with incredible view” We decided to try the north side of the island this year and looked at probably every rental option available in the area. We decided on Hanalei Bay Resort with condo 9304/5 through the Parrish Collection and could not be happier with our choice. The condo actually looks better in person than it does on the website. The seperate entry foyer was an unexpected pleasant surprise. I presume this is unique to this particular unit and is a beautiful addition. The condo is tastefully decorated, well maintained, and very clean. The kitchen shows signs of some wear but is very well stocked should you decide to actually cook in it (we never cook on vacation). Having a washer and dryer was a definite plus. The view from the balcony was indeed priceless. The unit is closer to the water than we expected from the photos. Something to consider, however, is that because of the design of the building, the balconies are not completely private. You will see and most likely hear your neighbors if they are out when you are. Adding unit 9306 would have created more privacy. The resort itself is quite beautiful. The property is very well maintained. As stated in many reviews, there is no parking within the resort itself which we felt to be a definite plus. We used the shuttle carts often (related to an ankle injury) and found them to be very efficient and the drivers friendly. Nice job guys. Our only disappointment was that the restaurant/bar and front desk were still not completed when we were there. I can't imagine why the completion is taking so long but feel it will be a huge improvement when it is. Without a doubt, we would stay in this condo again.

“Paradise in Paradise” Our family stay here in December 2012 was the best island experience of the last 30 years. The house is perfect. Location is stunning, amenities and size are 5star and the owner and caretaker neighbor are so helpful and accommodating. My first vacation rental in Hawaii and I will never book a hotel again. This place makes you smile just writing a review about it. You will be happy here, rest assured

“Rainbows, Waterfalls, Sunset Views” We saw them ALL once again from the lanai of your beautiful peaceful home. Coming to the North Shore of Kauai rejuvenates us like no other place on the planet. It’s majestic beauty is magical and this well appointed house allows us to enjoy it all in abundant comfort. We’re always excited to see the improvements you’ve made. This year we noticed a new spa, new living room/kitchen nook and bedroom furniture, some new beds, new TVs throughout, artwork, painting, landscaping and I’m sure there’s more. Thank you so much for all you do to enhance our Kauai retreat J We really like the review ‘Top 10 Reasons Why We Love This Home’ (and couldn’t agree more) so we’re putting together a ‘Top 10 Reasons We Love The North Shore’ and will post it here soon. BTW…for years you had the highest review rating on the island with more than 100 reviews from cultures & perspectives all over the world. “Architectural Digest living from generous hosts in a tropical pa” Sophisticated tropical ambience in a secluded setting set the tone for a unique vacation get away. The name Hale O ani should be amended to "Serene House of Gentle Breezes". Tastefully decorated and comfortably relaxing with all the amenities of a private home. The arrangement of freshly cut orchids revived our spirits after a long day of travel. The hot tub/spa soothed our weary bodies as we watched falling stars. Our hosts brought us freshly picked avocados, peppers and limes from their garden making us feel more like neighbors than paying guests. In a kukui nut shell, Hale O ani was the perfect location from which to explore exotic Kauai.

“Princeville condo Little piece if heaven!” This CONDO is absolutely beautiful! Lots of space to relax in wonderful kitchen with every thing you need to cook up you tasty meals including spices oil salt and pepper. IT ALSO has bags and wraps for left overs. We loved the view of the pool just in front. We enjoyed our walks to the shopping center only a short walk away. Samantha is so sweet and kept in contact for any questions we had and also very quick to respond. This will be our choose to stay when we return .!!!! Pick this you CONDO you ll love it!!!

“Awesome stay” We really enjoyed our home away from home. The ocean view from the balcony and listening to the surf at night was just very soothing! We made simple breakfasts and ate out for the rest, which worked out well. I even kind of prefer cleaning up after myself so not having a maid come in every day was just fine. I think a simple dustpan and nice broom would make clean up a bit faster and cleaner. Esther was very pleasant to work with and responds quickly to any concerns /questions, even though it's by email. We would definitely recommend staying here!
