“A perfect family getaway : Emerald Trail” We went to Emerald Trail, Jungalaigaon in June this year. It was one of the loveliest holidays for our entire family including our golden retriever, Zo :). Emerald Trail is probably one of the few places in India where pets are welcome at par with the humans! Emerald Trail is a perfect destination for those looking to get away from the urban madness – the tranquil environment is what we looked for and it fit the bill completely! Long walks, pleasant weather, unhurried and relaxed time was the hallmark of our trip. It was truly a home away from home with home-style food, simple, comfortable and clean rooms, cups of tea and snack when you ask. It was wonderful to see the earnestness amongst the staff (Lalit, Kailash and others) to make our stay pleasant and nice. Among the inhabitants of Emerald Trail, Rusi, the dog was our favourite. She was entertaining and pure fun. Our young daughter and Zo got along with Rusi like house on fire! It was a joy to see them roll, play and have endless amounts of fun. The cow, Bachchri, the hens and the fishes added to the farm touch – we personally love these and long to be in such surroundings. The word Homestay in Emerald Trail is perfect because for us it felt we were at home amidst the hills in some fabulous weather and were totally chilled out!! Sumith – you have done an fabulous job and we look forward to going back to Emerald Trail soon!

“This is a gorgeous and spacious lake home with plenty of amentities for adults and child. 5 Stars!!!!” This property is on a gorgeous location on top of a small hill. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking. Our group enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we took full advantage of the amenities in the property like out door fire pit, hammock, boats/kayak allowed by the home-owner to be used by us. The house has enough space--we were a group of 9 people and the space was ample however there is only one shower so that might be a limitation. the kitchen was very spacious and had all the stuff needed for cooking. It would have been nice if there was a functional grill for using outdoors--the one that was there was kind of old and did not work very well. There was some strange odor in the dishwasher but that might be because of its limited usage. Overall, this place is highly recommended for vacation stay. The owners were really nice and friendly and the view and location is absolutely spectacular! My Response Thank you for your kind words. I do want to say that we have replaced the outdoor grill. I'm sorry you had trouble with it. I checked the dishwater also but could not smell or see anything in the trap. We disconnected the plumbing to examine and clean. Whatever the odor was, it's gone. “great location” The condo was very clean and Mark was very easy to work with. The pool and tennis courts were within walking distance. We love Petoskey and Harbor Springs!

“Dreams do come true in Radda” We spent a month in Europe and Radda was the last leg of our journey and the absolute best part of our trip. Besides the breath taking vistas that abound in all directions, the accommodations are spectacular. A comfortable bed, a gorgeous bathroom and a quaint sitting area with sink and fridge. Evenings we would enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace overlooking the orchard. The gardens are filled with rows and rows of lavender. Exquisite! The entire villa is like a setting from a romantic movie about Italy. To be really decadent, we had a massage poolside that Mila arranged for us. It was heaven. It really is a place to find peace and tranquility, away from the noise of life. Mila is a charming hostess and a fountain of knowledge re the neighboring villages and history. She was fascinating to listen to and not the least bit intrusive. If we needed her she was there, otherwise she respected our privacy. My one wish would be, to have the opportunity to return again to this paradise. Thank you Mila for a wonderful experience in Chianti.

“Made our trip to Canada special!” Blue Heron made our first trip to Canada just perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and it was a real pleasure to meet you! We really enjoyed the fireplace and also algonquin's nature and wild life is just terrific. We will make sure to stop by at your awesome cottage on our next vacation to Canada We saw 7 moose in total!!! Were are all so happy and content

“À Nice big family house” We were a large family skiing and stayed in a nice luxury Villa Victoria. Large and spacious house a beautiful large enclosed graden which is fine for kids and dogs. If there is enough snow you can ski between the trees to the ski slopes and back to the house. It is a nice area and highly recommended,we will certainly go back. Vicky the owner was very helpful and if there was anything you could contact her.

“Very nice place for my elderly grandparents to stay!” Very nice place for my grandparents to spend a night. Beautiful, secluded, neat as a pin...would refer to others for sure! Also--very nice trails throughout the campground. Have ridden horse through as trails are nicely groomed.

“where I'd like to spend my life !” quiet, clean, fantastic house, ideal for family with small children, away from everything. perfect for my idea of perfect vacation.

“A wonderful experience.” The chateau, full of history, is beautifully situated in the village of Saint-Martory on the river bank of the Garonne surrounded by a perfect French landscape and with the view of the Pyrenées Mountains. We have had great pleasure staying there twice and we really do recommand the place.

“Terrific Property” Dear Stacy and Craig, What a time we had! Expecting, as many Orlando-travelers do, that the theme parks would be our only major attractions, we were so pleased to be able to add our accommodations to this list as well. The Sagers have made it absolutely impossible for their guests not to have a first-class time in their condo on the Reunion property. And what an amazing property it is! Swimming pools galore (to include my daughter and son's favorite water park with a lazy river) and my personal favorite swimming and late-afternoon beverage/snacking pool area, Seven Eagles. It is here that we were able to really let-down after an amusement park day and relax only to go home to Stacy and Craig's little slice of heaven with beds that beacon even the most restless tourists. I loved the beds! So incredibly comfy with just the perfect linens making vacationers want to stay in bed just a little longer before heading back out to Sea World; Animal Kingdom; the Magic Kingdom, and the the like (all of which are not more than 15 minutes away). A true place of luxury, the Reunion four star hotel is always available to the Sager's guests serving up pub and kid fare all day and night; fine dining; and late night cocktails and sushi on the 11th floor where fireworks from local theme parks are a daily occurrence. Will we go back, yes! In fact, we have already booked again with the Sagers so we can dream away some of those cold winter days and nights looking forward to our next tip down.
