Its Location

''The Pashas House''is in the historical Sultanahmet (Old City) peninsula and is only 10 mi nutes walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, Saint Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, German Fountain and Hippodrome.

With the tramcar close to the Grand Bazaar (Beyaz?t stop) you can go down to Eminönü to visit the Spice market, New Mosque and the historical shops (furnace shops, toy shops, ironmongers, gift shops, spice shops and dried fruits shops) in the area. From this point you can pass the Galata Bridge and easily reach the Karakoy Square, Galata Tower and the Ist?klal Street.

You can continue with the tramcar to Kabatas where you can get on an island ferry to go to the Prince Island and there you should visit the Seminary and AyaYorgi Church.

The Dolmabahce Palace which is only 50 meters to is one of the important places to be seen.

Also you can go up to the Taksim Square from Kabatas by using the underground train (funicular).

If you want to wander around, you can see the Little Saint Sophia Museum, AyaKyriaaki andPanagiaElpida, SurpHarutyunArmenian Churches.

When you feel tired, you can go down to Kumkapi sea front and lie down on the grass and get away from the stress of the day. You can see all types of fish sold in Istanbul in the historical Kumkapi fish market by the sea and can easily have your dinner in the restaurants in the area.

You can easily reach the historical Kumkapi bistros form the sea front, and especially by using the discount given to you by the Tiryakii Restaurant owned by ''The Pashas House'', you can enjoy your night together with live music.

There are Grocery, Bakery, Bagel Bakery (Historical Kumkap?Çolako?lu Bagel Bakery), supermarkets (Dia and Bim), Butcher and Liquor Store around ''The Pashas House'' where you can supply your daily needs.

''The Pashas House''has been built by AyaKyriaakiCh?rch Foundation in 1867, it has been renovated by BarbarosBilen in 2006 and has been turned into its present shape.
