The Space

How about staying in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment comparing to a tiny hotel room without kitchen, living room and no extras?!

What if I tell you that you only have to pay 30% of the price you would pay in a nice hotel without all extras and above all feel like home... :-)

Well you have come to the right place!

This is a recently professionally and completely refurbished apartment. The design is a combination of gorgeous art deco features complimented with dining table and kitchen. The renovation has been focused on creating a gorgeous luxury apartment.

Room by room.

Kitchen: A modern white soft closing kitchen with molded worktop complimented with the small conveniences (fridge, kettle, oven). There is a selection of Tea and café.

Bathroom: Decorated in fine porcelain with a shower and white vanity with basin, and a soft close toilet.

Bedroom: Queen sized bed and another single bed with white Kosovo made linen. Four pillows supplied.

Living Room:

Gorgeous set of living room furniture in a dark shade of brown and colorful pillows. The big sofa is easy to unfold in a queen sized and comfortable to sleep on. It allows the apartment to comfortably sleep five.

Guest Access

Guest will have access to the elevator, 200 m away bus stop and newly build cathedral.

Interaction with Guests

I interact with guests as per their need. Will help them settle and offer any help. If available I will give them a drive to or from bus station :-). I know it is difficult to handle new city so you can count on me if any help is needed.

The Neighborhood

I love my neighbourhood because you can get anywhere by walking having in mind it is in the city center. Also the safety is higher than anyplace. I have grown up here and I love it.

Getting Around

The apartment is located just in Boulevard Bill Clinton, and 5 minutes walking from Boulevard Mother Teresa, University of Prishtina and Medical Center.

The location is lively due to numerous cafeteria in both sides of the building.

Other Things to Note

Notice: Please, be aware that sometimes after 12 midnight to 3 am might be water shortage due to new water system that is being put on place.
