Description

Which with its 85 m² spacious, carefully renovated old apartment is on the second floor of the front building and has three bedrooms, a newly decorated bathroom with bathtub and a spacious kitchen. With plastered and whitewashed walls, polished floor boards, high ceilings and sound-proof windows in the largest, the street-facing bedroom, the apartment offers a pleasant feeling of space, which is complemented by an eclectic mix of new and antique furniture. The two rear bedrooms each have a window to the courtyard, the large kitchen, an indirect ceiling lighting, dishwasher, electric stove with oven and large fridge. A dining table, chairs, dishes and cooking utensils are of course also available.

Parking is free on the street. A bus station (Quitzowstr.) Is in front of the building with connections to the U-, S- and remote web. Bicycle rental shops can be found within a radius of 1 km.

Interaction with guest

For late arrivals a one-time fee is charged: after 20.00 in the amount of 10 euros after 21.30 in the amount of 20 euros after 23.00 in the amount of 30 euros. Please note that the apartment is located in a normal residence and therefore not suitable for the organizing of parties or playing loud music. Thank you for your understanding.
