Description

The house is located right near the metro station "L'va Tolstogo". By metro "Kreschatik" and "Arena-city"- 5 minutes on foot. Freshly renovated. The apartment is quiet and peaceful.

One-bedroom apartment "studio" with balcony to the inner courtyard, sauna, Jacuzzi and shower cabin. This is apartment on the 7th floor of the 7th floor house with elevator, has one bedroom and living room - "Studio". Details of apartment are thought to complete your comfort and convenience! It is rather straightforward and functional. The bedroom is equipped with a "king" size bed with orthopedic mattresses, the living room has a sofa bed, fresh cotton bed linens, towels. Air conditioning, high speed internet and is free WI-FI, two TV's.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils for cooking, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, as well as the washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer.

Big and spacious bathroom with a corner bath - Jacuzzi and shower cubicle.

And of course, the highlight of this apartment is Sauna. Extremely many positive emotions is a person, after a couple of hours spent, in which, in minutes you can remove the tension, get rid of toxins, improve immunity and anti-aging effect, you are guaranteed!

The front door has a combination lock, and is of course secure. If you want to come by car, parking is located right next to the house.

-To arrange an early check-in (8:00 am) or late check-out (until 18:00), please verify the possibility of providing this service contacting the owner via the tab Ask owner. Early check-in and late check-out are an additional services, with is 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of arrival.

-All our services in Kiev: additional cleaning, rent of additional apartment, prolongation in apartment, transfers and etc. you can pay a credit card.

-Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.

Location.

The excellent location of this house is confirmed by the fact that at the exit of the apartment, you only need about 2 minutes to be in the heart of business and entertainment events. It is located close to Besarabsky Market, the Pinchuk Art Center - The main task of which is the modernization of Ukrainian art area. There are many great attractions nearby, including Independence Square, Saint Sophia Cathedral and Mariyinsky Palace. Also close by are St. Michael's Golden-Domed Monastery and St. Andrew's Church, Kiev Opera House and St. Volodymyr's Cathedral. There are fountains near the Independence Square. "Metrograd" and "Globe" are large shopping centers beneath the ground, "Friendship of the Nations" arch, restaurants, cafes, ...

Transport

Near the apartment there are two metro stations "Palace Sportu" and "Khreshchatyk". To get from Boryspil Airport (38 km), we offer meeting and transfer at the airport, it costs 30 EURO or 35 USD. And we strongly recomend to use our airport transfer in the event of your early arrival or late departure as this makes it easier to transfer the keys and helps save time for everyone.
