Description

Well presented one bedroomed air conditioned apartment on lower level of complex with king bed and extra accommodation for up to two guests in lounge with a new king size sofa bed upgraded 2019 .Facilities include, fully fitted kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven & hob, dishwasher and washing machine & tumble drier. Utility area with a second fridge with freezer compartment. Fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower, updated 2019.Travel cot available and high chair attachment which fits over standard chair.

Lounge has a new king size sofa bed, a 32' flat screen TV with sky channels, DVD player,cupboards housing hot water boiler , iron and ironing board, airing maiden, sun loungers. Morning room with table and 4 chairs, internet access and house telephone (incoming calls). Air conditioning unit. Outside private balcony with gated access. Large patio to the side with sun loungers and BBQ area. Private tiered garden. Dining area with patio table and 4 chairs. Access to beach via stairs. Upgraded awnings to front and side for shade.

This property is recommended by the Gibraltar Tourist Board.

Please Note access to the apartment is down steps split into several flights of shallow steps with handrails and is well lit.

The apartment is on the lower level 4. There is no lift so not suitable for limited mobility guests.

My Terms and Conditions include Meet & Greet Service for key exchange, collection from and to airport and after rental inspection £60 weekdays £65 weekends and bank holidays. Cleaning after rental £50.

“Location, location, location”

The above word describes this apartment almost totally. It is 2 lots of stairs directly on to a pristine beach. The cove is totally protected from the main sea. Having had a massive storm whilst visiting I can definitely confirm that!! The apartment itself had everything you could possibly require and more. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that we didn't receive a welcome pack. Now it could be my mistake and if so I apologise to Carol and will be happy to put an extra star because it really was a lovely apartment. There was coffee, tea and sugar but no milk. It also took us a least a day to find a supermarket where we could get bread, butter etc. we had a car due to driving from Malaga but once parked up in near by ( reached by bus) car park, it was never used again till we left. I would also warn people with a car who want to visit Spain to give themselves plenty of time to cross the border. Going into Gibraltar was a sinch no queues no stopping, leaving however was ludicrous. There were 6 lanes of traffic, all full, funneling into 1 lane to get back over the border, ridiculous Spanish idiocy! I realize that this really doesn't apply to Carols apartment but for that I apologise and I hope when we try to rebook, ( which we will and we never go to the same place twice) we can come back. Response from the owner Thank you for reviewing my apartment. The location on the beach is indeed an ideal spot for both a restful holiday and near enough to Gibraltar's excellent bus service into town. The community is small and friendly. One of the reasons why we love Gibraltar.
