Stunning apartment on three floors with fantastic180 degree balcony views over the stunning Bay of Kotor and the jet-setting super yacht marina Porto Montenegro just a few steps away.The Art Deco apartment, with original parquet flooring and wide double doors which lead from the spacious hallway to two double bedrooms and the living room, has been lovingly restored to the highest standard to create a bright, spacious and relaxing atmosphere.On the third floor is the en suite master bedroom which is also both spacious and sunny with amazing views, while the ultra modern kitchen is located on the first floor with its own balcony shaded by fig trees.The apartment is an enviable short stroll from local beaches, shops and restaurants as well as fabulously opulent luxury marina itself .A short walk through the port itself with its high end shops and restaurants takes you to the delightful town of Tivat which has plentiful shops and bay side restaurants and cafes.The apartment is just a five minute drive away from Tivat airport or a picturesque hour and a half drive from Dubrovnik and Podgorica airports. Free adjacent parking and Wi-Fi compliment his wonderful accommodation.
