“Amazing place!” We loved our stay at the Banyan Tree Condos. The highlight is, without a doubt, having breakfast on the deck watching the waves and the surfers. This condo has everything you'd possibly need for your stay and I highly recommend it. Next time we're on the Big Island, this is definitely where we'll be staying!

“Beautiful Paradise” This immaculate well maintained condo came equipped with everything needed to snorkel, body board, picnic or just rest by the ocean. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo grounds, pool area, hot tub and barbecue were very well maintained. The office staff, Kitty , welcomed us when we checked in and represented the condo owners with courtesy and kindness. The owners provided us with locations of stores to purchase groceries or whatever needed. Their personal touches on their condo made us feel like we were at home.

“The best...” Thank you to the owners for supplying us with everything we could possibly require for a beach vacation. Your attention to detail is exceptional. The use of the beach towels to the usage of snorkel and surf gear made the difference. Just meant one less thing for us to worry about. Your home is the cleanest ... Hats off to your wonderful cleaners. This is certainly Kona Paradise.. In comparison to the other islands we found the local people the kindest right here,the culture and authenticity to be real, and the natural habitat fascinating. We will be back. “Hawaii home away from home.” Service was excellent: prompt, thorough and pleasant. The room was as presented in the pictures, and was so clean and well supplied, it felt like home within minutes of arriving. Location is as stated, except that it was a 15 minute drive, not 10 minutes, to downtown Kona where all the restaurants and hotels are. It is very well situated for getting to other places on the island. The area is quiet. Just received a new road. I can't think of a single thing we didn't like.

Absolute OCEANFRONT on Banyan's Surfing Beach!

“Amazing Beachfront Location! Can't be beat!” We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo in august-September. It was the perfect set-up for our family trip. Our four-year old twin daughters and our mothers joined us and we couldn't have asked for more. It was clean, with a well appointed kitchen, stocked with everything we could possibly ask for. The furnishings were clean and comfortable, the beds and bedding were cozy and clean. The best feature of this venue however is the waterfront lanai. We enjoyed sitting out dining al fresco, watching the ocean views and amazing sunsets over the ocean. The sandy beach below is literally fifty feet away and a perfect place for kids! Our girls absolutely loved the little beach and it was a daily favorite on our agenda. The grands could watch the girls having fun below, without ever leaving the house. We enjoyed grilling out several times on on the waterfront grassy BBQ area. The grills are spotless and maintained and cleaned daily. The grounds were safe and secure. The location is close to downtown Kona, shopping, restaurants and groceries in either direction, not to mention great pit stop for sight seeing locations and beaches. We had a couple of challenges arise during our 11day stay, but the owner took care of things for us and made sure things were made right. The only other concern we had was the humidity in late august, which was sometimes heavy, but with screens open and fans running it was manageable. Over all we loved our vacation and wouldn't change a thing. We'll now also be spoiled to oceanfront accommodations and the sound of the waves beneath our windows. We would recommend this rental, and would return again! Thanks Kathy & Bruce.

“All the comforts of home, but in paradise!” Chris's condo has all of the comforts of home. There is equipment for outdoor activities. The kitchen has everything you could want. The washer and dryer means not having to bring home dirty clothes (yea!). The condo is close to everything. There are great places to eat, some within walking distances. Shopping is great, also within walking distance. The unit is very clean and quiet. A perfect place to get away from the rest of the world. You can do as little or as much as you want. We will be coming back next year!!
