“Quiet, scenic, clean, cozy retreat.” What a wonderful, relaxing home Hendersonville which were all a short drive thru the beautiful countryside Shelley was easy to work with. We will be back when we visit our kids again.

“Awe Inspired!” The cabin was wonderful. The Bison feeding was so much fun ,one of the Alpha males had such an assured look in his eyes it was almost regal. The bison burgers were to die first! While in the hotbed which is really nice BTW, we looked up and the sky looked like God himself filled the entire sky thick with glitter that's how many stars there were.When my dog went out here came the grey mini pony and my dog licked it's nose, I think they wanted to elope....LOL The Mtn Goats & Liamas were fun as well. We couldn't remember the last time we were so relaxed. We love Bison Overlook Lodge & we will be back!

“Amazing views” We loved staying at this cabin! Very convient to the ski resort. Unfortunately we didn’t have much snow this trip but the cabin had many things for us to all enjoy. We will definitely return back :) It was very clean and the owners were amazing to deal with! Thanks!

“New River Ramble” This was a great time for the entire family. We attended the ASU football game, but until that time we enjoyed all the amenities of the home. The New River, the fire pit, the hot tub, the game room, the bicycles, etc. were enjoyed by everyone. This place has everything you could imagine you would need. We will be back! :)

“Beautiful Saddlebrook” I visited this home with 6 other women and we all loved it. This house is beautifully appointed with everything you need. The babbling creek is truly right next to the house and is so soothing. There was plenty of room and we were all very comfortable.

“Best anniversary yet.” We brought our extended family to the Ferguson House for our 39th anniversary. Everyone loved staying here, it was large enough to accomodate all of us. The patio area with firepit, hot tub, waterfall, and views were particularily enjoyed in the evening. We cooked out on the gas grill and had a great time indoors and outdoors. We all would highly recommend Ferguson House. Thanks for letting us stay here. Hope to come back same time next year for our 40th anniversary.

“A Relaxing Mountain Escape for the Whole Family” My family (two sets of parents, myself, my husband and aunt) all stayed here in October for a fall getaway. The home itself was very nice. We loved the high ceilings, the large family room and the long dining room table. There were even some games and puzzles that we enjoyed. The living room had a nice wood burning fire place that kept us warm in the evenings. The was a small TV upstairs, but we couldn't get it to work, so we had to retire to the family room downstairs if there was a desire to watch TV. The quality of the TV in the family room downstairs was wonderful! It was a nice large, HD flatscreen, which was perfect for watching Sunday football. There is another fire place downstairs. We also enjoyed the large outside deck and a dip in the hot tub with a glass of wine, which was a relaxing treat. The house is close a grocery store, which was very conveinent and downtown asheville is only about a 10 minute drive. The place was clean and well appointed.

“So much more than expected!” My wife and I found this place about 1.5 years ago and wanted to come and stay for our anniversary, but it was booked. We knew that we'd love to make it out the next year and so we did. What an amazing experience! My wife and I are drawn to the mountains and we weren't disappointed. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the house is a gorgeous addition to it. The pictures of the property do not do it justice. We brought our 3 year old with us and she loved it just as much as we did; especially the wood stove. Four days was definitely not enough to enjoy the house, the view and the surrounding areas. We fell in love with house and actually ended up spending half of our days lounging around inside, and staring out the huge window in the living/dining room area. Inside the home were notes that helped with the operation of some things. Switches were labeled and instructions for the wood stove were also very helpful. It was very clean and welcoming as well. It was the perfect size for our three person family and we all felt completely at home during our stay. We are looking forward to our next stay here and hope that it is soon and longer than our first. My wife and I very highly recommend Hawks View.

“This was the best house I've ever rented” Monica and John have provided a house in a great location and with everything that you could need for your stay. I was there to find a long term rental and a lot to build on because we are moving to Black Mountain in July. Monica provided me with the name of her realtor who turned out to be very helpful There are great restaurants in town and everyone I met was friendly and helpful. “Unbelievable location and did so many things at this unique cabi” Easy to check in and out. The outside and inside look even better in person. The way it was designed & decorated was so creative with all the small touches around the cabin. Very clean throuhout the cabin and on the outside. The location was perfect. Anything you could ever want to do: Golfing, hiking, fishing, skiing, tubing, canoeing, and site seeing. At the community center you can even play volleyball, basketball and other activities. They have 24 hour security in this gating community with partrol cars. I loved the fire pit in the backyard of the cabin and it has the biggest loft I have ever seen. You could walk out the cabin and start hiking on the trails. River in the back and a huge lake steps away. I'm so glad that we decided on this cabin for our vacation. Thank you very much to the River Cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
