“Great trip to Maui” My family and I enjoyed our time at Ekahi. Loved the view from the balconies, and chairs and other beach equipment was there for our use. The property management was very accomodating and when we had one thing missing from the condo, it was there the next day. I think this is a great condo for a family of 2 adults 2 the layout offers privacy in the master suite and a pool, is just outside the condo. Just be advised, it is a bit of a walk to the beach, however, you can drive down and park. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Quiet and pleasant. Lovely pool and rec area at the beach. I would stay here again, just a little closer to the beach.

“Relaxing and Beautiful Getaway” My husband and I stayed at 33a in Ekahi for a week long vacation. The condo and surroundings exceeded all of our expectations. It is very tastefully decorated, extremely clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The grounds, pool area and beach are wonderful. The lanai is a serene retreat. We ate all of our breakfasts and lunches out there and then dined on fantastic food for dinner from the many choices of restaurants. The keyless entry and parking were very convenient. We will return next summer with our children.

“Wonderful week in paradise!” The staff at ali'i Resorts is fantastic and helped us to plan fun adventures for our family throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff was attentitive and worked hard each day to help make our stay great. The property and condo were both very well maintained and beautiful- with spectacular views throughout. One of our favorite features was the patio and the amazing view that we enjoyed while dining outdoors. The beach access was convenient, just a short walk down a paved path to the beach that offered kid friendly boogie boarding waves and rock outcropings for snorkeling. We have stayed in a few of the luxury hotels in Wailea and prefer the relaxed environment of Makena Surf.

“Heaven!” To say aqua Lani J305 is a beautiful home is an understatement. Everything in the home is spotless and luxurious, the pictures represent the home perfectly. The spaciousness of the home was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen is furnished with more than the essentials and made it easy to prepare some meals after a long, sunny fun filled day. The location is a short path walk to the great pools and the big blue ocean. We would most certainly consider this a spot to return to!

“Very Impressive and I am hard to impress!!” Our stay at the Wailea Beach Villas was absolutely amazing! A typical vacation for us in the last few years has been atlantis Royal Towers Bahamas, Westins ,Fairmonts and Grand California resort at Disneyland. Sun Splash is elegantly appointed, comfortable and immaculate, with large spacious rooms. Better than the pictures on the website. Views from the lanai are breathtaking with wonderful sunsets. Staff and service was warm and professional. Literally steps away from shops and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen for formal or informal dining, except for food of coarse.

“Wailea Ekahi 48C” This condo is a bit dated. The bed was very comfortable. The showers weren't working well. Wailea Ekahi is a gorgeous setting. This unit is up the hill, a little walk from the beach and main pool. Wifi worked well which was key for me since this was a working vacation.

“Fantastic Stay at Makena Surf” We would definitely return to this property, if not exact condo, at Maken Surf. Great location and ideal building on the big beach.Make sure you see the development plan so you pick the right building - it's worth being beachfront. And when the west coast was in the clouds, we were always sunny. Lovely beach, quiet with just the right amount of action close by. Easy drive to area shops and restaurants. Condo was ideal and services were terrific. If you are looking for beach and pool bar, resort services - this is not your place. There is a beach and pool but no blended drinks being served. But you'll spend three times the money for a hotel room versus having the luxury of spreading out at "home" with your family for meals, movie night and morning breakfast on the lanai. A much nicer way to go and then eat dinner in all the great restaurants. Who wants to shower and dress for breakfast anyway? I'd rather eat on the lanai and relax. The condo has everything you would want for a lovely stay from good bedding, spacious bathrooms,beach chairs, daily maid service, to streaming Netflix and fully stocked kitchen. Rent a car and you are all set.You won't want to leave and you feel more like you live there rather than just being another tourist. Oh and having a washer dryer in the unit was super convenient. Overall... a lovely spot.

“Truly Spectacular” This house is nothing short of spectacular. We chose this home for a family get-together and it worked perfectly. The Master Suite gave my husband and me the privacy we wanted, while our children and grandchildren had their own privacy. Each bedroom has its own bath. Everything was provided and ready for us upon arrival. We had T-times for golf, paddle boards, sea kayaks, snorkeling gear, as well as high chairs and cribs. Nothing was overlooked. We even took the opportunity to have a private chef (highly recommend just for the experience) cook dinner four different evenings, as well as adding on some additional cleaning. The sunsets were beautiful, the whales were breeching and the turtles surfed up to the rocky beach every night. Because of a tropical storm, we were able to watch professional surfers from our chairs on the grass. The larger hotels are within walking distance, but other than using the Spa facility at the Four Seasons, we felt no reason to leave this beautiful property. The management of Tropical Villa Vacations were extremely professional and easy to work with. For a group I would highly recommend this home. Everyone in our family had such a relaxing get-away that we plan to make this a bi-annual vacation and can't wait for 2016. There is nothing better than spending quality time with family, and this is the house to spend it in...truly spectacular!

“The unit far exceeded out epectations!!” Th villa was as beautiful as presented on line. Very spacious and , well appointed. The kitchen featured high end appliances not normally seen in rental units. Beautiful decor. The owner has clearly put a lot of thought and resources into the comfort of his guests, right down to a fully stocked executive bar to every kitchen gadget you could possibly think of!!! The location was perfect. The unit was strategically located between the adults only and family pools... just s two minute walk to the beach. The concierge and rental agents were a pleasure to deal with and usually responded to any request within a hour. Great unit! Great experience!

“Wonderful place to stay” This was our second time in renting from Tropical Villa Vacations. They are always helpful with anything that we have asked. They had boogie boards ready for the boys at our condo when we arrived and they also found a place for us to have Easter Brunch and made the reservations for us. The home was great for our family of 5. It had everything that we could have asked for and much more. My youngest's favortie part was that the balcony looked over the pool. He would stand out there every night and wait for the other people to leave and as soon as they did we headed down and had it all to ourselves. There was a great coffee stand just outside the properties gates. It was fun to walk on the pathway between all the other resorts to check out what they had but we still liked ours the best. More private and quiet. We loved having our own parking space in the garage with direct access to our elevator to our Villa. We didn't spend a whole lot of time on the beach there but it was clean and very nice to have someone come and set up a chair for you with towels. The waves were pretty mild for smaller children or less daring folks. Our boys preferred the bigger waves so we spent time at other beaches. I would recommend staying here to anyone. The facilities were well taken care of and staff were very friendly and helpful if you needed anything.

“This was the perfect vacation rental.” This was a beautifully appointed rental in a wonderful location. For a family, this is fantastic as the Wailea Beach Villas are right on the beach and next door to a great shopping center with restaurants. The condo was in excellent condition and had a nice view. Because it is a corner unit, there is a large balcony which was a highlight for us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunset. Simply heavenly. I cannot wait to return.

“Wonderful Villa Complex w/ Great Service” The Wailea Beach Villas are a wonderful complex. They are first rate on all dimensions. The villas themselves are the best in Wailea. The beach and pool have great service while also being quiet without large crowds and confusion of the nearby resorts. The concierge of Tropical Villa Vacations was one of the best and most accommodating we have ever experienced!

“Total luxury - we would definitely stay here again!” The villa itself (G102) was perfect. The finishings and furnishings are top quality. Much better than staying at one of the hotels. This villa is so spacious with the grass area and plunge pool. The beds are amazing!! Tropical villa vacations staff were so helpful and friendly, extremely professional. We would definitely recommend this villa.

“Luxurious” This villa is the most luxurious, well-equiped, and superbly located villas/hotels that we have stayed in in the Wailea area. The views from the penthouse building at WBV are amazing. You can whale watch, checkout the beach conditions, and watch the sun set from the lanai. The penthouses are also extremely close to the Shops at Wailea, so you can easily pop out for a morning coffee or to pickup a boogie board. The Sea Breeze Suite at WBV is beautifully appointed and expertly managed by Tropical Villa Vacations. The online pictures of the suite are accurate, but still don't convey how wonderful and calming this unit is. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Need a juicer? They have it. Like Nespresso coffee? They have it. Want to roast a chicken on the grill using a rotisserie? You can do that. Of course, since Wbv's are so centrally located, you can also go out for every meal as well. The best part about this villa (and WBV) is that everything is included. There are no additional charges for beach lounge chair & umbrella setup/use, parking, internet access, or resort fees. Yet, you still feel like you are getting the service and attention that you would get at one of the premier resorts in the area. We were able to get beach and pool-side chairs whenever we needed to as well (not always the case at the resorts). When our vacation plans take us to Maui, we will be staying at the Wailea Beach Villas. I highly recommend staying here.

“Beautiful condo, fabulous vacation” We had a blast on our first trip to Hawaii. The condo was spectacular. We had plenty of rooms and every possible amenity. I would highly recommend the condo we stayed in. Wailea Beach Villas is in a beautiful beach area and is much quieter than the Grand Wailea and Four Seasons next door. We did walk on the path to the other hotels for some drinks and meals. Every time we did, we were glad to get back to our more peaceful surroundings. Heads up, K508 gets a lot of noise from the kids' pool below, so if you think that will bother you, you my want to pick a different unit. Another cool bonus to the villas is that you literally walk out of the complex and out a gate into the the shops which was a big benefit for us. The shops have a couple of markets, several restaurants, souvenir shops, ice cream parlor and upscale stores. We have three teenagers so they enjoyed the shops. We would return for sure. We rented through Tropical Villa Vacations and would recommend them in a heart beat. They are really helpful and knowledgeable and go out of their way to assist with any activities and dining arrangements. We had Chef Robert of the Lahaina Catering Company cook two dinners for us and they were the highlight of our vacation. We highly recommend him. His wife and sister came to help him prep and serve and they were all delightful.
