“Perfect Location” This really was Perfect! This place was clean and well stocked for your Honolulu get-a-way! Sunrise on the balcony, nice large vanity area, full kitchen, and all the beach toys too! Convenience stores right down the block and a 5 minute walk to the beach! A safe and secure place to relax during the day, on the pool deck, if you want...but I spent every day at the beach! Lots of shopping and restaurants all around, and bus stops right out front, so no car needed. Mahalo Gary, your place made it a perfect vacation!

“A perfect trip...” Our stay in Kihei was like a dream… The condo was exactly as described, clean, beautiful, affordable, and the view on the ocean… incredible! We received a warm welcome by the staff and the owner, they made it easy for us, we had anything we needed. The kitchen was complete and we cooked a lot. All the furniture was very comfortable, but the best of it…. During sunset, walking on the beach, which is just down the lanai of this nice condo…

“Wonderful stay in the perfect home. Great golf and beach locatio” My friends and I stayed in this high-end well-appointed home while we were on Maui. Our main purpose was to fit in as many games of golf as possible as our wives shopped and relaxed by the pools and enjoyed the beaches. This plan worked out perfectly since we were located right on golf course and a short walk from the beach. Everyone was more than happy with our accommodations and being able to rent a spacious home in the center of a luxury resort was ideal. This home was an exceptional value when you consider that most of the hotel rooms in the Wailea/Kihei area go for the same price for just one room. Everyone in our group felt as though this was our own home in Maui and we expect we will return again as soon as we can. “The Perfect Spot” We absolutely LOVED our stay in this condo, and if we get to go back, will definitely stay there! It was in a nice neutral location, perfect location for beach AND pool access, and beautiful views in the evenings and mornings! The condo had everything we needed, and worked great with our delivery service for our children's needs. The only bummer would be that the AC unit on the back patio blows really hot air, so you can't leave your sliding glass doors open in the morning because of the hot air blowing in.

“Great Sunset Views!” We loved the Kihei area, especially this quiet condo area of the island. This condo has a wonderful lanai overlooking the beautiful bay area, has a very well equipped, 2 beautiful bathrooms, comfy seating areas in the living room, small ice chest, 2 beach chairs & beach towels. The lawn area has plenty of loungers for sunset viewing or sunbathing. The condo is located at Keawakapu Beach, a great beach for swimming, boarding and walking. The pool at Kihei Surfside feels great after a day at the beach and the gas bbq area is clean and a really a quick walk from the unit. The laundry is clean with plenty of units. Be sure to save your quarters as it takes $2 to wash and $2 to dry. There is no change machine. Tips: Hana Hwy is a must - take time to go down the Nahiku Road for great ocean views, including cheap fruit and flower stands. The black sand beaches are great with a nice hike through lava fields. Met lots of folks that went all the way around through Kipahulu. They said it was a long day, but worth it. Go up to Haleakala to watch the sunrise and take the beautiful, crazy narrow road along Hwy 340 and 30 to go to the Olivine pools and Nakalele Blowhole, enjoy appetizers at the Five Palms located below the Mana Kai resort.

“Wonderful week in paradise!” The staff at ali'i Resorts is fantastic and helped us to plan fun adventures for our family throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff was attentitive and worked hard each day to help make our stay great. The property and condo were both very well maintained and beautiful- with spectacular views throughout. One of our favorite features was the patio and the amazing view that we enjoyed while dining outdoors. The beach access was convenient, just a short walk down a paved path to the beach that offered kid friendly boogie boarding waves and rock outcropings for snorkeling. We have stayed in a few of the luxury hotels in Wailea and prefer the relaxed environment of Makena Surf.

“very nice stay” We stayed in #404 for 5 days and loved the place. Especially the balcony, we almost lived out there. Large and amazing view. Fourth floor was nice because it seemed like you were close to the beach but just high enough for a reasonable amount of privacy. Also a great view from the bed in the master bedroom. The apartment was very well equipped too, all the little things that make you feel at home. Definitely want to go back.

“Awesome” We loved our condo at the Royal Mauian. It opened up to the pool and then the ocean. It was beautiful. Great location and fun to watch the turtles. We had a couple of issues with the Condo and ali'i Resorts were so responsive and very quick to take care of any problems. Ali'i staff were very professional and nice to work with.

“Thanks So Much!” We had a great time. Also going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean right outside window WOW! The condo has a lot to offer, with a bathroom for each room and vanity area was a neat plus. The only concern was how the line of sight that others could see when they were on their balconies, if your curtain was open, it would be wise to be properly dressed because several times when you look up, you would see somebody looking at you. “Fabulous location” The location is perfectly lodged between our two favorite beaches, Kamaole 1 and Kamaole 2. This unit is not as updated as others in the complex, but it has a spectacular view. Between poorly functioning ceiling fans and a hot dryer, it was difficult to keep the room comfortable even with Kihei's famous tradewinds.
