“Kelly's Property Description Is Spot On.” Excellent property in a great location. Easy walk to either Waikiki beach or ala Moana Park.Thank you so much to the owner Kelly, she always replied promptly to all emails and was very professional. I have to admit I was a little nervous booking something online but I can promise the condo is just like the pictures. “Comfortable, convenient and well stocked McCann's Maui Vista” McCann's Maui Vista is a home away from home! It has everything you need to prepare meals, go to the beach and relax in style. The unit is well decorated and comfortable. The beds and bedding were nice, the towels were fluffy and smelled clean. The kitchen had pots, pans, baking sheets, knives cutting boards juice jugs. You may think "big deal" but we have stayed in places where there have been a lack of these things and barring packing this stuff or buying it, it is nice to not have to worry! The multiple pool access is nice. We have small children so if there were an abundance of non children people at the closest pool, we just moved on to the next one. There were also times, more often than not, where we were the only ones at the pool. This may be because the non children people went somewhere else! Maui Vista is within a few minutes walk to the beach or shops and restaurants if one is so inclined. I would return to McCann's unit and I have recommended it to friends. It was a great experience!

“Every detail taken care of...” We loved the Maui Sands condo, it was completely perfect for us.Every detail was so thoughtfully taken care of that we really didn’t have to worry about a thing. From the provided cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella, to the snorkel gear and ocean shoes. Almost every time it occurred to us that we needed something, we found it in the condo. The complex grounds were so well maintained and quiet. We used the grill one night, as well as the lovely pool. The availability of recycling was very important to us, we really appreciated that. The beds and linens were very comfortable and tasteful. We also really appreciated the Condo Manual – it answered every question we could possibly have. Beautiful place to stay! It's not every morning you get to have coffee while watching the whale show - but that's the norm here. Ryan was also wonderful to work with throughout our whole planning phase, and into the week of our vacation. Very easy to communicate with and helpful.

“Perfect Vacation Condo” Our family stayed 2 weeks and everything was absolutely perfect. The unit is beautifully furnished and decorated. It was very clean and comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is nicely equipped. All beach gear is available for use, cooler, towels, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. We so enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the lanai with the gentle ocean breeze. The location is perfect. The kids really enjoyed the pool and walking to a'beach with direct access was a very nice perk. We also enjoyed a daily walk along the coast on the trail, the views are breathtaking. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and well kept. It was also nice being able to walk to the Kings Shops and Queens Marketplace for shopping and dining. We had such a wonderful time and are looking forward to returning sometime soon! Will stay again in 16F without question.

“Wow!” I have stayed in Manish's condo four times now and love it! The location is beautiful. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. It has everything you'd need from home including a closet full of fun stuff like snorkeling equipment, tennis rackets, beach gear and beach towels already there! “Amazing Beachfront Location! Can't be beat!” We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo in august-September. It was the perfect set-up for our family trip. Our four-year old twin daughters and our mothers joined us and we couldn't have asked for more. It was clean, with a well appointed kitchen, stocked with everything we could possibly ask for. The furnishings were clean and comfortable, the beds and bedding were cozy and clean. The best feature of this venue however is the waterfront lanai. We enjoyed sitting out dining al fresco, watching the ocean views and amazing sunsets over the ocean. The sandy beach below is literally fifty feet away and a perfect place for kids! Our girls absolutely loved the little beach and it was a daily favorite on our agenda. The grands could watch the girls having fun below, without ever leaving the house. We enjoyed grilling out several times on on the waterfront grassy BBQ area. The grills are spotless and maintained and cleaned daily. The grounds were safe and secure. The location is close to downtown Kona, shopping, restaurants and groceries in either direction, not to mention great pit stop for sight seeing locations and beaches. We had a couple of challenges arise during our 11day stay, but the owner took care of things for us and made sure things were made right. The only other concern we had was the humidity in late august, which was sometimes heavy, but with screens open and fans running it was manageable. Over all we loved our vacation and wouldn't change a thing. We'll now also be spoiled to oceanfront accommodations and the sound of the waves beneath our windows. We would recommend this rental, and would return again! Thanks Kathy & Bruce.

“Relaxing and Beautiful Getaway” My husband and I stayed at 33a in Ekahi for a week long vacation. The condo and surroundings exceeded all of our expectations. It is very tastefully decorated, extremely clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The grounds, pool area and beach are wonderful. The lanai is a serene retreat. We ate all of our breakfasts and lunches out there and then dined on fantastic food for dinner from the many choices of restaurants. The keyless entry and parking were very convenient. We will return next summer with our children.

“Kihei stay” The condo was wonderful. Plenty of room for our family of six. Clean and well stocked with necessities. Great having the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and more, ready to use. “You will be very happy you stayed here” We are very experienced travelers and also rent our vacation home so have a perspective on both sides of this equation. We are a family of four with two teenage daughters (ages 14 and 13 at time of the stay). If you rent from Patty you will be very happy you made the decision. 1) Hosts - Patty was so welcoming, friendly and helpful without ever being intrusive. She was a wealth of knowledge and was so willing to share her insights to ensure we hit the best spots at the right times to ensure a great experience. 2) Apartment - The pictures are very accurate so you really get what you see. The apartment has very "homey" feeling. The decor is local and tasteful, the kitchen fully equipped. The Lanai had really nice breezes and sunrises. It also had hooks which came in handy when drying things. While we didn't watch much TV there were plenty of options (cable, netflix, pandora) as well as a small stereo system. There were games to play, books to read (including several on Hawaii that we loved), and the all-important washer/dryer. 3) The Stuff - One of the things we loved about the apartment was the plethora recreational toys at our disposal. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkels, masks, coolers, sup's, Kayaks, bikes, etc. If you needed it, they had it which was huge for a family that spent everyday on the ridiculously nice beaches a short drive away. 4) The Location - Check it out on the map. It sits just above town in a neighborhood. It is not walking distance from the beach or town but a 5 minute drive (and free street parking) gets you there before you know it. It is walking distance to a great yoga co-op (Aloha Yoga Kula) which we went to several times and loved. Some may want to be closer to the action but we found the location close enough. All in all, this is a fantastic rental and we thought a great value. The personal touch offered by Patty puts it over the top. Do yourself a favor and book it before someone else does!

“Beautiful Home” The setting and view is spectacular. All the rooms were very nice. We enjoyed the pool table upstairs, although be careful as there is a flaw in the slate and the cue ball can go flying! The Sonos music system is also great. The backyard is perfect. Lots of pool toys. We enjoyed the evenings watching the stars. We did have a few minor issues. We had 3 adult couples and it wasn't clear that two of the bedrooms had a shared bath. The other bath was across the hall. We had expected private baths for each bedroom. The showers are beautiful but water pressure is minimal. Lastly, it seems that pool and hot tub controls are managed by the owner down below. The pool light would turn off and if you wanted to swim late, we couldn't find a pool light switch. Lastly, we didn't have heat in the hot tub the first day/night and requested help from the owner. No response. The pool maintenance person fixed it for us the next day. Even with these minor issues, I would recommend the home again. It is beautiful and has stunning views. We enjoyed the fruit trees, too.

“Everything you need for you stay is included.” I traveled total with 4 adults and 2 kids (1y, 2y). The condo met all of our needs. It isn’t the most modern look of furniture, but we weren’t in Maui for that. The staircase is a bit scary for the kids to want to climb and can be slippery with socks. We were on high alert the whole time. We noticed towards the end of our stay they have a baby gate in the downstairs closet on the top shelf. It is a loft style condo so the master bedroom upstairs is exposed for all to hear, no privacy. The condo provides all of your needed beach gear including chairs, toys, boogie boards, fishing pole. It was super convenient. The kitchen has everything including a rice cooker, toaster, microwave, utensils, spices, plates, cups, and a pantry full of good stuff. The dinning room table is glass and so is the coffee table. They tend to get smudged up the most. Also, for little kids, watch out for the corners of the glass kitchen table. They are really sharp. The TV in the living room is a good size. They have a small capacity washer/dryer, which was perfect for our light packing and constant wet clothes from beach. You do have to provide your own toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent, after you use up the 1 they provide. We left what we didn’t use for the next renters. There is fold out bed in the couch in the living room. There are two twins in the downstairs room, the beds are really hard, and so our friends didn't get good sleep. They said the fold out bed was more comfy, but on the right side only. The master bed is a queen and it is more comfy than all of the beds in the place. It has a master bathroom which has been remodeled recently. You do have to clean up before you leave or else you will incur a hefty cleaning fee. They have most cleaning supplies you need. It is a walk away from a really nice beach. There is a rinse off station by the gates from when you return from the beach. There is a pool and several BBQ pits onsite. The property is beautiful with fountains and bridges and open spaces to play with the kids. I had no problems while staying at this property. It is a quiet location. It is located in a good area and is surrounded by a ton of restaurants, coffee shops, and activity locations. Not far from the airport either. We would stay here again.

“Great trip to Maui” My family and I enjoyed our time at Ekahi. Loved the view from the balconies, and chairs and other beach equipment was there for our use. The property management was very accomodating and when we had one thing missing from the condo, it was there the next day. I think this is a great condo for a family of 2 adults 2 the layout offers privacy in the master suite and a pool, is just outside the condo. Just be advised, it is a bit of a walk to the beach, however, you can drive down and park. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Quiet and pleasant. Lovely pool and rec area at the beach. I would stay here again, just a little closer to the beach.

“A nice property but crowded and hot” I really like the location of the Pali Ke Kua condo's. Easy walking distance to the princeville beach, view of the ocean and easy access to a walking trail. We stayed in unit 241 which was clean and very nice inside. A little worn in places but overall very nice. Another positive is the 1000sq feet and the two beds in the second bedroom making it perfect for a family with more than one child. On the downside the Pali Ke Kua is a very high density condo building that was built before insulation was required so get used to hearing your neighbors talk, shower, flush their toilets etc. If they come home drunk you get to enjoy that also. I've stayed at the Pali Ke Kua twice and both time I have thought the value is excellent considering the views and location. Just be aware it isn't the most quiet location.
